I like it but I do not like the fact that it is a 2 piece system. I have to take both pieces whenever I leave the house.

This device goes a long way toward giving me peace of mind. However, even tho I haven't needed it yet, the alarm has gone off several times; once even when it was in my purse, sitting on the booth bench, not moving at all! And every time it has gone off it's really been for no reason! I never dropped it or fell to set it off!

Big difference than my "Medical Guardian". Just have to adjust too the new one. When we get use to it will provide a higher rating. V/r R A Ford

Medical alert weighs too much to wear around the neck.

The equipment is bulky, and the wrist and pendant devices are not very useful as a means of communication if the mobile device is not close at hand, because the mobile device is the only source of communication. That requires the user to carry the mobile device anytime they leave the room in which the device is sitting on the charger in order to be able to articulate any possible problem. For this reason, the wrist and/or pendant are not very useful in requesting direct help. The only reasonable solution is to carry the mobil device at all times. That requires putting the bulky mobile device in a pocket of some kind, which is awkward.

Fortunately I have not needed to use the alert system, and hope that continues for many years. Your support team was quite helpful in the set-up process. Nothing more to report.

I have a lot of positive things to say about mobile help including their sales employees, their website, and their product line. Really great! However It is amazing to me that their target audience is the elderly of which many have hearing issues But their product line does not include anything to address issues for those with hearing disabilities. I have signed up for the fall protection for my elderly parents however my father who wears hearing aids was not able to hear the customer service agent calling to check on him as we tested the system.

I've used you before and am still occasionally having my battery run low in a 12 hr. period. I put them on charge every night. Battery has been low 3 times since I got it. I had this problem before which is why I quit using it. I was told batteries should last 2 days but it doesn't.
