I have been told that the device need to be charge every 4 days but that is not true It need to be charge every 24 hours and some times shorter time to hold the charge

The products perform ery The The products perform very well. But the appearance. Is unatttive....BLACK.Products should look like a wrist watch for the wrist unit.

I feel safe with mobile help. However I have some concerns and suggestions. I am disappointed that the battery lasts only two days, rather than the four days promised. Also: I wish it was in white rather than black, or that it could be put on a waterproof chain rather than the cord. Also, if the device could be smaller and less “bulky” that would be great. It is very noticeable under summer tops, a disadvantage for women. Thank you

It is hard to wear this in a spot where it doesn't go off. It goes off frequently.

I was pleased with the knowledge of the REPTS AND extremely pleased with the cost. However, when it came to taking money out of a credit card I have, without the O.K. from me was another matter. this created another circumstance. That was the reason I canceled my order.

The pendant works as expected. However fall detection goes off very frequently for no reason. I can be just putting it on and it will go off, or just setting it down. It happens at least once a day if not more. It is quite annoying.

Big picture: I’m pleased. Small complaint: I don’t like my emergency contacts being notified for non-emergency nuts and bolts. Example:recharge battery.

I haven't needed to use the product yet, but so far I've had it with me everywhere I have gone and feel confident that if I need it, it will do its job!

It's a good help to have except the voice sound is not loud enough to be heard under clothing (winter) and thus unavailable to see that it was activated and/or heard.

The unit worked, although I question if it works on 4G or 5G I don't think it does and the best connection that I can get is only one strip. I really don't know if that is enough.
