“I have been told that the device need to be charge every 4 days but that is not true It need to be charge every 24 hours and some times shorter time to hold the charge”

“I feel safe with mobile help. However I have some concerns and suggestions. I am disappointed that the battery lasts only two days, rather than the four days promised. Also: I wish it was in white rather than black, or that it could be put on a waterproof chain rather than the cord. Also, if the device could be smaller and less “bulky” that would be great. It is very noticeable under summer tops, a disadvantage for women. Thank you”

“I was pleased with the knowledge of the REPTS AND extremely pleased with the cost. However, when it came to taking money out of a credit card I have, without the O.K. from me was another matter. this created another circumstance. That was the reason I canceled my order.”

“The pendant works as expected. However fall detection goes off very frequently for no reason. I can be just putting it on and it will go off, or just setting it down. It happens at least once a day if not more. It is quite annoying.”

“The unit worked, although I question if it works on 4G or 5G I don't think it does and the best connection that I can get is only one strip. I really don't know if that is enough.”
