The unit seems to be working fine along with the accessories provided; however, I have a concern about the base that is situated on my kitchen counter. If I fell how would I be able to reach the EMERGENCY button?

It works great! My husband has set it off a few times when he has gone to take the fall button off. It is very sensitive. The call center is way too slow to answer the calls. Luckily my husband has not been hurt.

Product works however with my mother being hard of hearing it’s difficult for her to hear the communication device unless she’s close by. Called asking for a additional communication device she could put in her room, but was told she’d need to upgrade for an additional $99 to get the device that will go anywhere with her. She could use that as a device in her room. Was hoping she could get just another machine as she doesn’t need the anywhere device and certainly didn’t need to pay more money.

Equipment is easy to install, however instructions need to be upgraded. Mobile device must be carried in pocket or purse when away from home. That should be in BOLD LETTERS. Pendant detects a fall and is VERY sensitive. Bracelet does not detect a fall, only has emergency button. My pendant went off once and I pressed the blue button which cancelled the mobile device, but did not cancel the home station (I was in the house at the time). There is a lot to learn. I got great information from customer service.

I was very pleased with all the information regarding your products. I asked the size of the button because I had returned another company's products because the wrist band was much too large for me...as was the same with your wrist button. My wrist is very small, thin and narrow and the bands are much too big. The necklace button is not something I want to wear to bed. I am hoping that a smaller wrist button will be coming out in the future. Something that is too large is not safe as it got caught on clothes, counters etc. I am sorry it didn't work out....

It was very easy to purchase. The representative answered all our questions. It was shipped quickly. I was visiting my mom when we purchased MobileHelp and thank goodness I was there. The device was not off line during shipping and the fall alert dispatched EMS to her house at 2am. I had to call the company and request it be taken off line every twelve hours. I'm happy the product works but I would hope that wasn't something that happens often.

Super customer service. Honest to their word. Sorry we found the system too complicated for my husband with advanced Alzheimer's so we had to return it, Always courteous helpful on the phone. Don't hesitate to recommend them and their equipment. Even paid for the return shipment!!

I had thought about getting some sort of personal security devise because I spend a lot of time alone. But when I read the ad in the AMAC magazine, and made a phone call to Mobile Help, I decided on getting it. My daughter has said that they feel much better about me driving all over town shopping, with MobileHelp giving me the "coverage" that they want for me. Thankfully, I have not had any occasion to use it, yet.

The service seems to be very good. The only issue is the Fall Detection alert is more trouble than it's worth. It goes off randomly.... like 4am.

I really have had no experience for quality of service. I feel MobileHelp gives me the security to get help if and when I need it. As someone without a family, this is important for my safety. That makes me feel confident to be able to live alone rather than have to move to assisted living.

Easy to use and affordable. My one criticism is that the fall detection is too sensitive and can be set off accidentally. It has happened for both my mother and my mother-in-law. It would also be useful to have a second base station so you could have one upstairs one downstairs.

Impossible for me to give a real rating since I do not know the system works. As far as I know my wrist button, which I'm wearing day and night, has no life at all. I don't want to fall or have other issues requiring me to use my gear to determine its utility, I can't rate until I know the system works for me.
