“Okay, one star is because there is no way to give less.
Placed my order 5 days ago and was supposed to be delivered the next day.
Next ? Nothing, day after ? Nothing , day after yep nothing. Contacting customer service is a nightmare. You stay on the phone for more than 50 min. Tried nexr day and waited 75 min, tried in line chat and waited 45 min, then tried a nother call but this time choose to place a new order. Guess what , i got though after 45 min. Apparently they had needed proof of ID . Well, why had not you told me before ? Supplied it and they were happy with everything. Did they dispatch my phone ? Nop đ called them again , waited 65 min. Got through and was promised to have it dispatched very shortly as they had everything they had needed. Did they dispatch ? Nop lol tried chat and was told to wait more . I requested to speak to a manger and my request was declined. Requested to speak to any senior , and was told ...... Call back again lol seriously !! After telling i had not waited over an houre to get somebody asling to call again and go through all that waiting again. I insisted to speak to sombody and the reply was, keep your eye on your order and they disconnect me !
Yep and still no dispatch đ

“I don't know what to do! Has anyone had issues with tranding In your old phone? I sent my s8 on the 2nd of December! I've heard nothing about my phone. I would say looking at call log I have called mobile directs about 10 times about this issues, and live chatted, well I've lost count. All I get told is I'll get an email or a phone call later on the same day. Nothing! Again today one month on, and yes I get we've had xmas and new year, but come on! I just want my phone back or money! This is an appalling services! I've never in my life put up with anything like this. I will never again ever use mobile phones direct after my contract is UP. as for family and friends i will be telling them not to bother, social media is power tool. I doubt I will ever get my money for my Samsung Galaxy s8 that was in perfect condition. what do I even do? Maybe a cool to citizen advice will put my in the right direction, as I'm getting now where with anyone at mobile directs.”

“No communication at all not updated since order placed been 3 weeks no alternative options given when I called up to find out progress I have had to request for alternative option. No customer care at all advisor not bothered doesn't want to be on the phone no apologies said bye and put the phone down. 4 of my family members have used this company on yearly bases and soon up for renewal we will really think about if we should use your service again as it stands very poor!”
“I used their website to buy a new phone and switch my network from Three to Vodafone. My SIM card has been disabled a day before the new one arrives, and I've lost access to the Internet and cannot use online banking or other services that require two-factor authentication. This all happened without any warning, and there is no way to complain, as they only have a phone contact available on their website (no online chat, etc.) - which I can't use as I no longer have access to a GSM network. Very disappointed!”
“Good deals but that is where the positives end unfortunately. I purchased a phone on the website on a Saturday, decided to cancel on the Sunday. They ignored my request to cancel and still sent the phone out on the Monday. When it arrived I immediately sent it back without opening the package or using the phone. I had to cancel again since they ignored my first request and then after a month received my first bill from O2 even though I returned it within distance selling regulations. Contacted Mobile Phones Direct to highlight that O2 have tried to charge me and they couldn't care less, told me it was in O2s terms and conditions. Conveniently ignored the fact that I asked to cancel even before they processed the order. I appreciate my experience may have been different if I hadn't cancelled but because of the way they dealt with me on this occasion, I will not be using again.”
“Do not purchase anything from this company. It states in the website that you will be paying ÂŁ13.50 a month each month. This is very misleading as you actually have to pay ÂŁ30 every month, then claim the money back at 6,9,12,15,18 months. So you aren't paying ÂŁ13.50 a month.
If you have a query you are unable to get through just on hold all the time, and even the online chat wasn't working or in a queueing system and doesn't move you closer to talking to anyone.
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!”
“Placed an order on Friday recieved email saying to contact the network 3 which I did credit check went through was told to email back with response. Trying to get through to mobile phones direct no one seems to pick up called 4 times waiting 20 min on the line with no luck. I am currently on the phone still waiting I have been on the line for the past 40 min.
Very disappointed.”
“Blatant mis-selling their Nest Day Delivery. No sense of customer care. Completely sham system in place.
Ordered two contracts on Black Friday Weekend. One for wife in her name and one for sister in my name.
Cancelled wife's order without any explanation. None.
My order referred to 3mobile second day, spoke to them and cleared it all same day and placed another order for my wife in my name this time. After ID being cleared by 3mobile and waiting 2 days, they want my ID and proof of address. Sent that in for both orders. Got an email this morning saying one order is cancelled. "for our and (most important) your security, we cannot provide additonal information and our decision in this case is final." How is that for our security. I have spent in excess of 4 hours on hold last week to sort this out. Their webchat is always queued up. I have checked every half an hour all day on wednesday and thursday last week and throughout the weekend to track my items. No news still on the second handset fyi. They think they can do anything they like, cancel orders, delay them, and than just advertise next day delivery. Their staff went so far as to tell me last week that all our orders go out the next day, it is only yours that has had issues.”

“They canceled my order after 1 day of waiting with no updates at at all. I think they run out of phones or something, but they don't seem legit anymore. They won't tell you why, useless. see below message from them:
"We understand this is not the outcome you were expecting however, please be assured we would not make the decision without careful and thorough consideration. Our call centre staff do not have any additional information and will not be able to assist you with any questions related to this order."”
“awful service!!! you cannot qualify for a phone and they dont tell you why?? is it credit score? is it because they dont want to give you the phone? you call the customer service and hold for over a hour.... to be told they cannot help what so ever, very rude and unhelpful! they left me waiting 2 days thinking i am expecting a phone to then tell you over 48 hours that your order has been declined”
“Took out a contract 12 months ago, with cashback the actual direct debit price isn't clear, the website shows what you will be paying after cashback, but cashback isn't automatically applied to make it that price, with my 24 month contract you claim it back at 6,9,12,15&18 months via there website with your order number and proof of paid bill, the first cashback I claimed was accepted and paid within days, the second cashback took i little longer and was paid to my account just within the 14 days after being accepted now onto the 12 month cashback claim and im at 14 days and I have yet to receive this at all, after abit of investigating alot of other people havnt received there's either, i pay ÂŁ54 a month for a iPhone 6, the contract I took out in my opinion without the cashback was well over priced which I am now stuck paying and no sign of any cashback to add towards the amount due to be paid! Which in turn means I am financially effected, if id have thought the company wouldn't pay the owed monies I wouldn't have taken out the contract at all!”

Sold me a 2 year contract ÂŁ60 per month on the latest iPhone with unlimited data- shame itâs a DATA LITE plan with Vodafone who told me thatâs a type of data plan they created for children! Sales person totally omitted that information when I purchased over the phone. Spent 4 weeks battling with them, told âsupervisors donât get in the phoneâ when I went to query this after and told thereâs no policy for mis-selling the contracts ! No real complaints procedure but I was given an email address - seeing as no one returned my calls I wonât hold my breath. Told their customer services I would complain to trading standards and ofcom- they werenât bothered and said they were ok with that. Customer service staff even told me they thought my contract and data speed was a joke! Absolutely shocking service ! Con artists ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!
