“Dave H and Craig O came and delivered part of my furniture and I cannot thank them enough. Not only did they apologise for part of my furniture arriving the previous week faulty….which was not even there fault. They assembled my fire pit table checked I was happy with it and also showed my how to use it and protect it from any damage. They clearly were very knowledgeable in assembling all of Moda’s furniture. The level of service from Dave H and Craig O should be recognised as a very high level of customer service I would expect from Moda. Thank you again.”

“We visited the new Cheltenham showroom shortly after it opened. The staff were mainly helpful and knowledgeable. We tried to replicate the layout of furniture that we wanted at home but for some reason they weren’t too keen on this so we couldn’t look at it for long! When you’re spending a lot of money it’s nice to make sure you like what you’re buying! The showroom was quiet at the time too. They seemed very keen on selling sets of furniture and not mix and matching. We did however find a set that matched our needs and placed the order. Sadly we had to wait a long time for it, but that’s not through the fault of the company. It’s been delivered today and I must say I’m very happy with it, even though there has been a further delay with two of the chairs. I had to chase the order to see when it could be delivered. Pete and Paul were the delivery guys and nothing was too much trouble for them. They placed the furniture where I wanted it and even offered to move quite a few plant pots for me so we could correctly place the storage box! Excellent delivery service 👍🏼”

“David and Lee were superb when my furniture finally arrived. Made sure I got the right boxes and carried into the garden where I needed them. My only negative to Moda was the time I waited was much longer than indicated when I ordered. That said the product is worth the wait. Looking forward to enjoying my new outdoor furniture. Will defo use again, in fact already have.”

“Have had a few delays with delivery over the last few months but the two guys (Dave H and Craig O) who came to deliver my fire pit insert into my table we’re brilliant and went above and beyond. They have gone a long way in restoring my faith in Moda. The fire pit looks great too. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.”

“Quick and easy from ordering to delivery. Molly in the showroom was happy to talk through different options to fit into our space and Leon and Rob made the delivery seamless and super quick! This is our second Moda set and they last really well and so do the cushions, they are really well made!”

“Dave H & Craigo top blokes, called as promised 30 mins before delivery time and then carried the delivery into the back garden. They appeared happy to work for Moda although they could be good actors :-)”
