“Jason T and Darren S were such courteous and helpful delivery drivers. Couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you, guys. The overall experience is only 4 star as one of our chairs is scuffed and so we are waiting to hear from Miss about a replacement”

“My Moda U-shaped sofa arrived today and I am thrilled with it. Jason T, arrived at the exact time he had given me. Unfortunately for Jason T his co-worker had phoned in sick. Not only that my delivery was at the back of the van so he had to unload the whole van on his own. I did say he could leave it but nothing was too much trouble for him. He was polite, very helpful and extremely customer focused. He is an asset to Moda who make wonderful furniture. I would definitely recommend Moda Furnishings and hope you get a delivery driver as Nice and helpful as Jason T. Thank you Moda”

“Customer service good however the quality control has been abysmal😡 the cushions on my sofa were delivered filthy and stained and one was completely the wrong size to fit my sofa. This on top of other issues with this order has resulted in one very unhappy customer. This furniture cost well over £3000, I’m left feeling extremely disappointed.”

“Jason T and Darren S were superb. Got phone call 30min before as promised. They didnt have the premium service on there note as i only ordered 2 days before but a quick call to cust service and they were unpacking and building the furniture 8n no time. Very polite and corteous cant recommend them highly enough. Great guys 👍”

“Paul and Pete delivered my furniture today. I had excellent experience. The guys were really helpful. Didn’t get to make any issues even when the items wouldn’t fit my doors. Not like other folks in a hurry throwing stuff around. Very happy with the service.”
