“Delivery team were exceptional. Jason.T and Darren.S went above and beyond in making sure the furniture got into my house. Unfortunately, the table leg came damaged and after speaking with after sales a replacement will be sent in July. My initial thoughts were that the table had been used before as the underpart metal frame had scratches on it but i have been reassured that only new products are sold to customers. I purchased the ledbury extended 2L set with a few extras which now feels quite expensive at £4.5k given the product came damaged. It has certainly raised question marks in my mind as to whether the quality is as good to warrant the premium price. Perhaps using the set over time will prove me wrong. 4 stars for that reason.”

“Excellent service, i was kept well informed of the order status and it was delivered within the original timescales. Leon and Colin provided friendly and courteous service on delivery day, giving helpful updates on expected time of arrival. Too early to comment on the furniture, but have high confidence.”

“Excellent delivery service from Mark and Brian yesterday. Communication from Moda overall on lead times could have been better though. Looking forward to the rain stopping so that we can enjoy the furniture.”

“Good quality furniture. Slight delay to scheduled delivery dates but the delivery guys arrived on time on the day and (Lewis and Damien) were very helpful when bringing in and setting up. Thank you.”

“Easy to purchase online, delivered on time by Richard and Liam who assembled the table and storage box so worth paying for premium delivery (£99). Issue with table leg was dealt with efficiently and replacement table ordered in less than 24hrs. Superb service all round. Thank you Moda 👏.”

“Had an issue with some furniture purchased last year, however, Moda have been excellent in replacing the faulty items. Lewis C and Damien B arrived when they said they would and took time to put everything back as it was. Great professional service.”

“Great customer service products well made and look fantastic the delivery guys Jason T and Darren S put the furniture together and showed me how to clip and unclip the different segments and how to change the position of the rising table , they were very professional and all round pleasant guys”

“The delivery took longer than expected due to COVID. Liam and Richard delivered and assembled everything in no time. I was worried the furniture wouldn’t get through to my narrow alleyway and they manage to get it in with no problems. Will definitely recommend Moda Furnishings.”

“From order to delivery the Moda service was excellent, with delivery even earlier than forecast. The delivery team of Rob and George went the extra mile to help bring the large order into our house.
