“After notifying Moda of a small issue which was covered under warranty I received a prompt response and the item was picked up, repaired and due to be delivered back within 2 weeks of notification. Really impressed with the customer service and efficiency and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Moda”

“Great help from Charlie and Courtney in the Milton Keynes showroom to help with the selection to buy the Birkin set. They were very knowledgable and informative. Only purchased via the website as out of hours by the time final decision made and didn't want to miss out. Credit to the MK Team though and the ability to have a look at the actual product was important with the value of the goods. Shame the covers are not available at the same time as the furniture, hence 4 stars.”

“Left within the time allotted by Paul and Mike. Both v efficient, polite and helpful. They put the furniture together and showed me how to adjust the seats. V pleased with it”

“Excellent product and excellent service! We are over the moon with our 8 seat eton dining set. We live in a rural area and access is not great... Garry kindly changed our delivery slot to suit and Paul and Matt went above and beyond to deliver... can’t thank you enough!! I would give 10 stars!”
