“We are delighted with the quality of our ARC garden furniture and all the supporting accessories we purchased but the attention to detail by the two delivery drivers (Barry & Damion) and the delivery arrangements made by Daniel exceeded our expectations. We were promised a 3 hour delivery slot, an advance text message and a phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival - it all happened to time- very impressed.”

“Really happy with the customer experience at Moda. The order process was straight forward and customer services kept me updated on delivery status along the way, and even delivered much earlier than expected. The delivery personnel, Mark and Brian, were so friendly and professional. Called me to let me know they were on their way. They delivered with care and provided helpful advice on how to put the furniture together. Thanks again”

“From the ordering of the furniture to the delivery of the furniture was very professional. Mark and Brian were the guys at the delivery stage. They called me to give me as much notice as possible and were polite and extremely efficient in setting up the garden furniture and clearing all rubbish away. Great service by all”

“Just had delivery of our beautiful new garden furniture by Paul and Pete. Absolutely lovely, helpful guys and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were true professionals, so polite and did a wonderful job in assembling our furniture. A real asset to the company.”

“Very helpful on the phone but yet to see the furniture as we have done everything online so we cannot really give a full review. However Stephanie sourced exactly what we required, sent emails and found a set that had a much shorter time for delivery. And seems to fit our requirements perfectly Today, the lady I dealt with was just as helpful and very pleasant.”
