“Order arrived as promised. Excellent service and good communications during a difficult trading period. Yet to unpack the boxes but was reassured by delivery guys Mark and Brian any queries would be no problem. The guys were very helpful and informative about the product . “Our furniture arrived today - really excited to see it after the 10 week lead time and it looks amazing. Massive thanks to Mark and Brian for their excellent help unloading and fitting the furniture together - really recommend paying for the premium delivery, was a great help. Let’s hope the weather warms up and we can make massive use of it during the summer.”

“Purchased the 8 seater indoor dining set. Delivery really quick. Beautiful looking set. Very pleased with it. Measurements were spot on, great looking set! Paul and Pete from Moda assembled the furniture and were brilliant. It would have taken us the weekend to put the table and chairs together! They were both very friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture. Their customer service was excellent, certainly with regards to a few minor bits missing from the set, which happens, they were still able to build the table for us using spares as temporary fittings, can’t fault their service. We have purchased Moda outside furniture in the past, which we still have and are very happy with the durability of the products Moda sell, thank you.”

“Hello all at Moda, from the day we ordered our ARC 1 - Half Moon Sofa , all of the people we dealt with from buying it in the showroom to delivery today, have been exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Despite the virus, lockdowns, and Brexit 👍 In particular the two lads, Mark and Brian, who delivered it could not have been more friendly and helpful as they had to unpack it all and carry it up 2 flights of stairs. thanks to all Paul”

“I ordered 8 Aston chairs "pink" during lockdown . They held them in stock for me for several weeks as I had ordered a table from Italy and didn't want the chairs until the table arrived. I asked Moda to deliver the chairs as I was told my table was on the way. Moda brought the chairs and Alex and Lewis unpacked them screwed on the legs as I had the platinum service and brought them into the house for me and put them in situ. The delivery men were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. The chairs are beautiful but look much bigger than I anticipated. I rang Moda the next day to explain my table still hadn't arrived and until it did I couldn't tell if the chairs would fit. Jo in Customer Services was so helpful and explained I had a 30 day cooling off period in which time my table should have arrived. Jo told me that if the chairs were too big I wasn't to worry as I could send them back with the delivery for a modula Halo set I have also bought which hasn't arrived yet. I was so pleased as I had a sleepless night on Monday when the chairs were delivered as I thought I would have to keep them and they may be too large. The chairs do look lovely but the seats are very hard. I will definitely buy from Moda again and I am looking forward to the arrival of my ratten modula halo 2N with dining table. I would definitely recommend the platinum service as the furniture is well made and very heavy.”
