“Website was slow at times. Pictures from different angles would have been helpful. Essential details obliterated by a tag saying available in different colours. Difficult to get a perspective - need to see someone sitting in it - if that makes sense - to understand angle. I have a small concern that you have to use a lot of cushions to make it comfortable... that said, the design was much more original than anything else available. Payment screen was easy to work - very efficient”

“Easy checkout, would have been nice to see a list of exactly what is and what is not included in the order (e.g. when ordering a table and chair set it's not noted if the umbrella is included or not). Excited to see the finished product”

“We are thrilled with our Ledbury 2x. It’s beautifully well made and looks stunning. The Platinum Delivery Service was well worth the price with the furniture nicely set up and positioned and all the packaging taken away. The delivery by Andy and Ryan was well communicated and very efficient. All in all excellent service and a first class product.”
