“I have rated "acceptable" as its too early to say yet as we have not received the goods but I phoned with an enquiry 10 days ago and was told that the Manager would call me back next day - No call ever came! I thought this a poor start prior to placing an order with MODA. Hopefully, now the order has been placed the service will improve.”

“I contacted Moda to purchase some outdoor furniture and was told I would receive an email to confirm my purchase. I have not received this despite calling up and leaving a message asking to be contacted. The money has come out of my account but I have not received a confirmation of my order so that I can check it is correct. I would be grateful if this could be rectified please.”

“The whole process from buying, updates on delivery time (Daniel was excellent to deal with) and the delivery itself has been first class. Mark and Brian phoned 30 minutes before they arrived, set everything up and were very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Moda”

“Customer service was good Price was expensive but great quality. Delivery was sooner than expected which was brilliant. And delivery chaps were great. Jason T and Mark K did an excellent delivery, put everything together well and explained how it all worked well. Looking forward to making use of it this summer 🤩”
