“Mark and Brian were exceptional in the service delivery and set up of the furniture. Thank you. The furniture looks amazing. Moda are a little arrogant in the sales team. No discounts, no entertaining any discussion on loyalty and reorders.”

Thank you so much for your lovely comments. Also, I'm sorry you feel upset about the fact that we don't have any discounts available at the moment. However, please be assured that there's not an ounce of arrogance in the customer sales team, they are simply following protocol. I will pass on your suggestion for a loyalty discount scheme to our management team and they will be able to consider this in their next briefing. Thank you so much again, for your feedback. “Great customer service from placing order right through to confirming and arranging delivery. Furniture looks great, exactly as advertised with Mike and Rob the delivery guys doing a sterling job unloading and putting exactly where I wanted it having kept me updated on exactly when they would be arriving. Highly recommend.”

“Jason T and Marcia delivered our goods and their service was fab. Jason noticed other things that needed doing to an existing order and stayed extra time to sort. They went out of their way. I have also dealt with Emma and two Maria’s all gave excellent service. I can’t recommend Moda highly enough because of these people and the product and the previous delivery men. Many thanks”
