“Damion and Cosmin were friendly and very professional. I received a call to let me know they were on their way. Upon arrival they had to remove all the packaging from my furniture to get it down the side of my house into the garden. It looks amazing and they done a great job, will 100% recommend.”

“Had our furniture delivered today by John & Garry. Very professional team,even though it was 7.30 in the morning! Furniture quickly assembled and all packaging cleared away”

“Very disappointed that you charge an extra £90 for proper delivery. Expensive quality product from a up market firm you should deliver to your garden free of charge.”

Hello, D! Our standard delivery is free. Our drivers would unload this where you direct them to do so. Our platinum service includes setup, installation and removal of all packing, which does carry a charge of £90 I hope this helps. Joe @ Moda

“Leon & John were superb, called me before delivery to ensure we were there and dropped it all off nice and safely. The two armchairs we ordered are amazing , super comfy and we will ordering more from Moda. Customer services also fantastic”

“So far so good. Just ordered despite extra expense, because much happier with the quality compared with IKEA, furniture Village, various garden centres. Very helpful staff especially Leana in Caterham store and Janine in customer services. I will await to see how the order progresses, whether they stick to 8-10 week time frame and how the platinum delivery service goes.”

“We have all our furniture at last and now look forward to sitting, eating and last but not least drinking in the sun ☀️. Superb service from Moda and the delivery boys Mark and Brian certainly deserve a gold star each ⭐️ ⭐️ Brilliant work boys. Thankyou. Would certainly recommend the extra for unpacking, putting furniture together and taking cardboard away. First class👍”

“Great customer service all round from the very first call I made to place my order to adding an extra item which I’d forgotten about to the delivery team reaching our to make arrangements and finally the two guys Leon and John who leave the depot at such an early time to drive my order to me. My garden is now complete - just need the sun to shine!”

“Very very helpful delivery men. Respectful, clean and tidy and patient regarding set up on the patio. Very pleased. Need to check one of feet isn’t bent and is the rattan weave only. Other than that great.”
