“After disappointment on the timescale for delivery, our order bar one part was delivered today. And it’s all lovely. Special praise to Paul and Pete the delivery team who were excellent, could not have been more helpful and informative …. Very impressed!”

“Excellent service from order to delivery, even though delayed due to problems in the Suez Canal! Our two delivery men Damien B and Lewis C arrived at 08:30 on a Monday morning, assembled everything very efficiently and left with a cheery wave and all that packaging!”

“From start to finish our expectations were always exceeded, with constant updates on progress, friendly knowledgeable staff, very happy after Leon and Colin had dropped everything off at 7.30 Saturday morning this weekend. Well done everyone 😊”

“The delivery drivers were excellent, professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. The product is smart and well made but I’m disappointed that to adjust the chairs you just get up, go behind and adjust manually. The parasol is an attractive feature however. For the cost of the product I expected something more. When I realised that no actual construction was required I cancelled the premium service. I’m glad I did as I would have been paying to take items out of a box a d dispose of the packaging.”

“Although initial order was delayed as company were waiting for imports the whole was a good experience. Delivery when promised . Colin and Leon delivered Promptly and let me know where they were on their journey . Furniture was assembled by them in a quick efficient manner and they were very courteous and made every effort to make sure it was to our liking ! Would highly recommend product and platinum service !”

“A fantastic process from start to finish. The ordering and delivery arrangements were all straight forward. The guys that delivered the furniture (Jason G and James S) were very professional and friendly. They checked where I wanted it left and followed Covid protocol. The product itself is exactly as I thought it would be. It’s a quality product and we can’t wait to relax on our new sofa in our garden.”

“Just taken delivery of my sun loungers, in fact I am lounging on one writing this. Leon and Colin were very helpful and professional, unpacking the box that was too big get through the house and then taking the items through for me. They even took away the packaging. The info about delivery times was very helpful, especially the three hour window sent earlier this morning to the text I got 20 mins before they arrived. Thank you Leon and Colin 😁😁😁”
