“We're delighted with our Windsor patio furniture - it is stylish, comfortable and enhances our new patio and lockdown garden! We've had to be patient with our order due to the pandemic, however the wait is worth while. The delivery of the furniture was efficient thanks to Faisal & Yasur who were courteous, friendly & professional. Thanks Moda 😀”

“Bought a load of furniture less than a year ago. One of the seams on the cushions has come apart, even though it’s had very little use. Phoned and spoke to a less than helpful young boy.Told me I could buy another one as it wasn’t under guarantee, even though they advertise 7 years!!! Don’t bother wasting your money buying from this firm. Better furniture half the price from other companies. Great sales people when you are parting with money, downhill when you need customer service after sales. Inferior goods.”

“We ordered our furniture on Saturday after visiting the show room, delivery was three days later. From beginning to end the process was simple, staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we are extra happy with our purchase.”

“Excellent service throughout! Quality is just amazing , you DO get what you pay for. Delivery quick, polite and friendly thanks Leon&colin (also got a quick call 30 mins before delivery) This was my second delivery we just keep adding to our set :)”

“All communications from Moda we're great including keeping us informed of a delay on our order up to the delivery, estimated delivery date and time frame. The delivery drivers Mark and Brian we're brilliant, very poliet and helpful. We did have some slight damage to 2 parts of our order which were replaced within a week. The quality of the furniture is gorgeous, you get what you pay for!”
