“It was great to welcome back Leon & Colin once again. This is Leon’s third visit and our fourth overall. The fitting team have been great in every visit. However the problem lies with the Birkin range of which we ordered. The product looks fantastic but we have been unfortunate enough the receive units that have been faulty. We have had three dining tables, had to replace a corner sofa unit and four dining chairs. Today out of the blue I received a text message saying that my Moda furniture will be delivered between 11:00&14:00. This was totally unexpected as I hadn’t received a previous text or email to say my delivery was due. Also I was told only last week that the replacement chairs had a lead time of between 10-12 weeks. I was left with no option than to drop everything to make sure I was home to take delivery. Unfortunately even though I was told all four chairs would be replaced, only three chairs have been dispatched. Unbelievably one of the three chairs is again faulty so I will have to make arrangements once again to be home for a fifth visit. This is beyond inconvenient at the price we have paid for this furniture. Perhaps after reading this review a supervisor will get in touch with me so we can discuss this whole set of issues.”

“Leon and Colin delivered my furniture today. Bought on Saturday, delivered on Tuesday. They were really careful handling the furniture and positioned it in the garden where I wanted it. Great products, and excellent service end to end! Would highly recommend. Thank you”

“Just had my Moda delivery. Mark.C and Danny.N text to let me know when they were 20 mins away (which was v helpful) and they were really friendly / helpful. There are some issues with the delivery but Lisa in customer services has sorted a solution straight away (and I can keep the current furniture until the replacements have arrived). Hopefully all issues will be sorted soon.”

“Excellent quality and great after care service. Delivery took a while but well worth the wait. We had our order split into two deliveries- both Leon and John and Paul and Mike were polite, friendly and helpful. Our table base is the wrong colour and very slightly damaged and we are waiting for the correct one to be delivered - not really a problem as we’ve been able to use it anyway. Thankyou Moda!”
