“Had a couple of problems re damage to goods delivered ,office staff sorted immediately and replaced these items straight away , updating us re situation via email and phone calls , Delivery men great ,( Leon & Colin ) friendly , efficient and very helpful , wouldn’t hesitate to use Moda Furnishings again ,Thankyou .”

“Delivery was efficient and the drivers Jason G and James S great. There are some defects that they have assured me will be quickly dealt with. I hope that will be the case”

“Excellent quality and great after care service. Delivery took a while but well worth the wait. We had our order split into two deliveries- both Leon and John and Paul and Mike were polite, friendly and helpful. Our table base is the wrong colour and very slightly damaged and we are waiting for the correct one to be delivered - not really a problem as we’ve been able to use it anyway. Thankyou Moda!”

“The delivery service was great - Jason G and James S were friendly and efficient. 5 stars for them. The delivery time was too long. Longer than when I ordered and customer services didn’t communicate this. So this needs to be improved.”

“The website is easy to navigate and nice to look at. The videos help to get a better feel for the quality of the furniture. In addition Caprice has helped answer all of my questions via email, prior to purchase.”

“Our furniture order was delivered by Paul and Pete, who were excellent. Very polite and friendly and careful with our property and our new furniture. We are very pleased with our garden set. It looks very smart, it’s practical and comfortable too. We didn’t receive the whole order together, which was disappointing but customer services were very good and offered us compensation for the delay of the corner sofa .”

“Expensive furniture but great quality (you get what you pay for). Great service too from Chris S and Kamran B. They called twice before they arrived to let me know their eta and took the time to advise on various things. Very polite and didn’t need to lift a finger to help. Thanks.”

“This is our 2nd Moda order, fantastic product and fantastic service. Delivery was as agreed, all the way down to Devon by Moda themselves, not a delivery company. Chris S and Kamren B couldn’t have been more helpful, and super friendly. They delivered, unwrapped and assembled the furniture….we are really very happy!”
