“After a few hiccups on the garden furniture I have the complete set unmarked… I love the design. Customer services were always helpful. If there had been a greater discount offered for the marks I would probably accepted rather than replace and wait. Your delivery guys Colin and Leon very prompt, polite and helpful.”

“We have today received a replacement of the furniture as there were some minor faults. Dave B and Steve couldn’t have been more helpful setting up an arranging the new furniture. Really nice people. Julian”

“Easy to order on the website. Great customer service. Product was delivered by Moda’s own delivery people. Pete and Paul were very friendly and helpful delivering our large U shaped outdoor sofa and coffee table up a steep drive. They were very knowledgeable and they were happy to talk us through how it all went together. Excellent service. Quality products. Highly recommend.”

“Mark and Brian from Moda delivered (most of) our garden furniture today, (split delivery, not their fault, international shipping issues). Furniture looks first class and the lads positioned it, helped unpack, advised on use, care and warranty. Top service from the Manc Lads! Happy Yorkshire Farmer.”
