“Pete and Paul were great. Phoned 30 minutes before , turned up on time . Unloaded and put boxed furnishings round the back of the house where we wanted them . These two are a great advert for Moda.”

“I ordered my garden set back in April. There was such a long delay in receiving the set which is why I have given 4 stars. The actual set is lovely and the delivery guys Mark and Brian were fantastic and did everything for me that was needed. If it wasn’t for the delivery being so successful I would of given 3 stars.”

“Fabulous furniture that we’re really pleased with, and the company was a pleasure to deal with, with very good, quick and responsive customer support. Our delivery drivers Mark and Brian were very courteous and helpful too. Highly recommend!”

“Everything with the order worked well, delivery on time with email and phone calls to confirm. I had read some bad reviews after I placed my order, but I can’t fault the service I received! Furniture is lovely. Delivery guys were on time and very helpful (Damien B & Lewis C). Highly recommended.”

“COVID and Brexit held up delivery which we fully understood but a little bit more communication on delivery would have enhanced the Modo experience. I recommend you buy the cover (it’s brilliant) and thanks to the delivery teams (I’ll mention Dave H and Craig O here....top job gents). Greg A”

“Mark and Brian were fantastic setting up our table and chairs. The table was a little low and they suggested we ordered a table riser. Brilliant service, great guys and thank you for the great advice. 😊”

“Got delivered an Arc 12 and a ceramic table by Dave H and Craig O. Small issue with the ceramic table legs which were supplied as they didn't fit the table correctly, both gentlemen reported the issue to Moda and we await a re-delivery of the table. Absolutely great delivery by the two gentlemen and Moda are lucky to have them!”

“Just had some garden furniture delivered by Dave H and Craig O. Unable to get through pathway at side of house and in the gate to the back garden so they had to take it out of the box. They carried it to the back patio - nothing was too much trouble for them. A very polite and helpful team. Need to finish putting it all together but looking at it all seems fine. A great delivery experience.”

“Another delivery and assembly by the great Pete and Paul! Could not be more helpful and certainly are a great advert for Moda and excellent customer service… the original delivery should have been assembled and was not, but in fairness Moda soon sorted and corrected.”

“Ordered in the sale, so a good price, arrived quickly and the delivery team were great (Mark & Brian). Only had the furniture a week so can’t yet confirm quality but first impressions are great! Footstools weren’t available so main stuff was sent early, with footstools now arriving today (a week later).”
