“Finding what we wanted was easy with no pushy sales people, very fast (3days) and convenient delivery, the guys Leon and Colin delivered the items swiftly and efficiently to where I wanted them placing, ensuring all items were in place and counted for. Great service by Moda and also the delivery guys massive thanks to them Leon and Colin Thank you”

“Excellent delivery service by Mark and Brian . Today Wednesday 25/08/21 we had part our Halo 1K garden furniture order delivered which looks very nice . I must say that from the moment Mark and Brian turned up they were very polite and professional and genuinely nothing was to much trouble . They checked with us where we wanted our furniture placed and it was done so smoothly and I can only say probably the best delivery service we have had since we have moved and we have had some terrible ones. They also ran through the furniture care and warranty with us. I couldn’t recommend these gents enough and thank you for making it a very pleasant experience. When my wife purchased the furniture I was not present , she told me how helpful and professional the staff at the Moda Caterham branch were and how easy and smoothly the order procedure was . Also the customer services have been super helpful and very informative . We look forward to receiving the rest of our order soon , again thank you to Mark and Brian, it was nice to see people taking pride in there job and company.”

“Dave B and Steve D dropped off one part of my modular seating area as it wasn't in stock when the rest was delivered. I had paid for the platinum delivery where the seating is put together but for some reason that wasn't on their delivery note. The guys were very friendly and still unpacked the extra bit and slotted it into my corner sofa. Very good delivery service, only down side was it has taken four separate deliveries to finally get all the pieces.”

“We were kept informed by the delivery team Nyle and Barry regarding the delivery time, they worked professionally to install our furniture and cleared all the rubbish away. Furniture took too long to come? Ordered in April delivered 18 weeks later I had to chase the order!!!”

“Ordered furniture just over 2 weeks ago on 2-3 week delivery. Was delivered and put in place today. Robbie in Mode Cheltenham was extremely helpful/knowledgeable when ordering in store, and Nyle and Leon the delivery drivers were polite and professional. Amazing service from visit to installation, thank you. Only complaint my husband has is we only went to look 🤣🤣”

“John & Garry delivered our furniture today, excellent work. We paid £100 to get it unpacked etc., the men do not get that themselves, if I’d have known that I would’ve just given it to them. I think that is disgraceful, I paid a lot of money for a good product expecting the men that work very well for you to get that extra money. I think they should get a bonus for the hard work 😓 they do. Delivering a lot of furniture under difficult circumstances sometimes. Long days as well. You are the best in the business quality wise. Please appreciate your workforce more would be my suggestion. John & Garry were very efficient and good employees for you.”
