“We were due our delivery in 8 weeks from order. 8 weeks was approaching and I had no communication. On speaking with customer services we we're informed only part of our order was ready. Customer services arranged for what was ready to be delivered within a couple of days and the rest will be delivered when in stock. Which I was very pleased about especially as its only the table we are waiting on. We opted for the premium delivery and very glad we did. Rob and George our delivery guys were great setting up and answering all our questions, very promt, tidy and really nice guys. Looking forward to receiving my table and hope Rob and George are available to deliver again. There is a slight damage to one of the chair arms, but the guys took a picture and I will speak to customer services but very confident they will solve my slight damage 😄”

“Highly recommend Moda and the platinum delivery service. Rob and George arrived on time and provided a very professional service both in the placement and construction of our furniture and in their interaction with us . Nothing too much trouble despite the torrential rain . Extremely professional .”

“Jason T & Terry S. Very helpful delivery guys trying to fit my new table top even though it was too small. Better luck next time. Having to replace the whole table as using different supplier now which isn’t great as the new replacement is smaller than my original one.”

“Terry & Jason T delivered our furniture this morning. Guys arrived exactly when they said. We great helping us lift the boxes to our top garden. They explained how the furniture is put together and advised us how to store the cushions. Really pleased with the service we received this morning. Top guys.”
