“From the moment we walked in Rebeka made us so welcome, she was so professional, and worked out the best way forward with my dimensions , and finally putting a deal together, I’ve been in business for 40 years, and I’m quite critical of customer service, she was impeccable, we are very satisfied customers.”

“Delivery and service very good from Alex. Middle section is damaged and doesn’t fit properly and needs a replacement, also that cushion is marked plus one other which look like oil on them.”

“Both sets of furniture were delivered yesterday by Rob and Yosser and everything is now perfect, well worth the wait, just wish I had ordered the covers at the same time.”

“Dave met me and was so welcoming , such a lovely person and made me feel very welcome. I was undecided and Dave advised and helped me choice the absolutely perfect furniture for me. Then i met Matt and Gary who made me again very very welcome, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Their help and advice was exceptional and they were very patient with me and gave me the best advice. Delivery and set up from Matt and Dave was again exceptional first class, helped me pick the perfect spot Couldn’t recommend you guys more. Thank you so much for everything you did for me today, from purchasing at 9 this morning to being in my garden this afternoon. The best service ever.”

“The fitting was done very well. The fitters Damien B and Richard W were friendly and efficient. There were some issues with the actual furniture. The storage box lid was chipped, the internal lining of the box didn’t fit correctly, some of the Velcro has come away from the edges and some of the screw fittings for the fire pit were not included. We are hoping Moda deal with these issues as promptly and efficiently.”
