“Whilst it was disappointing that the table top I bought earlier this year had developed a fault, I can't fault the service I received. Moda quickly organised the fitting of a replacement table top and the switch was scheduled only a couple of days later. Leon and Nyle arrived promptly, did the switch really quickly and took all the packaging away! Friendly guys and did a great job. Thanks Moda”

“Excellent speedy service, good communication throughout. Leon and Nyle messaged the night before to let us know what time the delivery would be. The corner sofa, armchair and coffee table unit we ordered looks great, really pleased with it!”

“Delivery drivers - Leon and Nyle - we’re very helpful and friendly. We did have an issue with the item - a few scuffs and marks on it - but Lisa in Customer Services resolved to my satisfaction promptly without any issue. Would recommend and would shop with them again.”

“Visited the showroom in Cheltenham and the salesman was really helpful. The furniture we ordered arrived quickly and is of great quality. There were two very small problems which were rectified quickly and easily. We recently added a storage box for our cushions which arrived on the time and day specified and the two delivery drivers, Rob & John, were so helpful carrying it down steps in the garden to exactly where we needed it to be and saving me from doing so with a recently broken foot! I highly recommend this company, their products and staff.”
