“We ordered a Fusion Cube set in April 2021. We are still waiting for the table to be delivered in October 2021. I have had every excuse as to why there has been a delay. I was told that the table was in at the end of September. I booked a delivery slot only to be told there was a problem with the van and they couldn’t deliver on 6th October. Rearranged for delivery on 12 October. Van turned up with no table. Told by drivers, someone from the depot would contact me with 30 minutes. Nothing, phoned Customer Services. Told there was an issue with the computer system and the table wasn’t in stock or it was damaged. Delivery of tables due in on Friday and I will be contacted to arrange delivery. I asked to speak to a Manager and was told one would call me back in 24 hours. Not hopeful I will hear anything, all I get are apologies. Ironically on the website it shows delivery within 3-6 weeks. If I could give them a negative rating I would. The order has been a problem from start to finish and has been blamed on computer issues and transport problems. I don’t believe a word I am told by this company.”

“All round super company to deal with. Furniture was easy to order. Fantastic quality. Long guarantee too. We had a couple of small issues and these were dealt with swiftly by customer service. Had a visit today from Leon and Nyle who could not have been more helpful. 10/10”

“The most comfortable patio chairs, and well built furniture. Very pleased. Lewis and Damien delivered before expected time quickly and efficiently, making note of slight damage to table top. Only one problem : the order was placed on May 4th, but received on October 8th, so too late for summer garden.”

“Delivery today Leon and Colin . Rang to say there were on their way . Arrived at planned time. Very friendly. Moved item exactly to where I wanted it. I needed to speak to customer services with regards to an issue with previously ordered furniture and they gave me the appropriate contact details . Great guys . Thanks lads . 🙌🙌”
