“I ordered a swimsuit returned it promptly and I paid for the return myself and they’re offering me $10 refund through PayPal. This company is very unethical do not use.”
“Everything went wrong. Ordered placed on 5/25 and paid for expedited delivery (3-5 days)and finally after several emails, tracking showed it was delivered to my address on 6/27. Problem is it was not delivered on 6/27 to me and still haven’t received. I emailed customer service again to let them know this and they basically told me I must have given wrong delivery address to them even though they show my correct address. Their resolution is to refund me 60% and they can’t even tell me who the delivery carrier is and they informed me that basically I got such a good deal on bathing suits, what should I expect. This company is a ripoff putting it mildly and I will never order again from them and pretty darn sure they aren’t going to reimburse me 1 dime.”
“Everything went wrong! I ordered 4 bathing suits. If you bought 3 you got the 4th for free. Yeah right. They charged me for 4. The suits came in a timely fashion. There was something about each one that I just didn't like so I sent them back immediately. As others have said you can not talk to them. If you chat they want to give you store credit. I wanted my money back. After 8 weeks they said they would refund my money less the shipping label cost. With what I paid and what they gave me back, that shipping label cost $47.97! For 4 bathing suits????? 4 bowling balls would have shipped for less than that! They have good looking clothes but you will get "screwed". Don't be tempted!!!”
“Horrible customer service. First order came in a timely manner. The bathing suit was quite lovely, but two didn’t fit. I returned them. They said they received the return. Still waiting for a refund. In the meantime I ordered two more suits about 6 weeks ago paying for expedited shipping they still haven’t shipped. I’ve reached out to them several times. Finally they said one item I ordered was out of stock. They were going to give me a store credit! I still haven’t received the item that I ordered that is in stock. Just a joke! It’s too bad because the one that I did receive I love it. They are just too unreliable and you don’t seem to get reimbursed for stuff returned.”

“I ordered a bathing suit that was taking forever to get to me, so I cancelled it. I had paid through PayPal and the payment went through, but the refund still hasn't been posted on Paypal. I got on their chat which is the only way to have contact. They tried to get me to take a store credit which I didn't want. Then the rep asked me to hit the thumbs up for a good review and I said no. She kept bothering me so I hit the thumbs down. She then got really nasty and kept asking me to remove my bad review. I said when I get my money I might. I still don't have my money. I've emailed and chatted. This company makes my blood boil! Don't ever do business with them!”
“I have purchased several items for this website with no problems! However my last order I placed was a month ago. I ordered 6 items, received 4. They have no contact except with chat or email. I return 2 of the items that I received one day after receiving in the same packaging it came in! Never received a refund
they declined to give me a $10.00 in store credit. The 2 items cost me $50.00. Finally got them to cancel the 2 items I never received and they did refund my credit card but not for the full amount I paid for them! Can’t get an explanation and when I asked them to give me a phone number I could call they gave me the number for the US POSTAL SERVICE!

“If I could Rate it a 0 I would! I am still waiting on an order that was placed on the 8th. When I placed the order my items were in stock. When a week went by I inquired about ny purchase and they said my items were out of stock. Then was told I will be a high priority and since then no updates or anything. Products were too small. Label in tach t not worn because I couldn’t get them over my head. I had a choice to return them to the USA or UK. Paid a shipping fee. No return label was issues. Once they received the product a refund would be issued. Only to be notified today that the product smelled which is false as it did not leave my home that way. And no refund would be issues. Now I paid full price for the product, paid a rerun shipping fee and receives nothing”
“Shipping takes forever. Items were not true to size and returned. Refund took forever and because they mistakenly insisted that they, rather than I, paid for return shipping, they took another $10 off my return. Will never use them again.”
“My order was never delivered to my house. The original order indicated it was delivered but I never received it. I emailed Customer Service and did receive a response. They apologized and would ship the same oder again. I accepted the offer. A few days later, I requested a tracking # for the shipment. In 9 days, it again stated it had delivered but I did not receive it. I emailed Customer Service again and requested a refund. Mobility only offered to refund 70% because the courier said it was delivered to my address. I will NEVER order from Modlily again. No photos because I have no product and out 30% of the cost of my order.”
“I apologize for even giving this company one star!! I made several purchases that have been good, but when I placed an order totaling $180.00. It all went downhill! I only received 4 items out of 6. 2 of the items that I received didn’t fit so I returned them using their website! I’ve been waiting for a month and just keep getting the run around! You can only message them, then they send me an email stating I’ll get a refund in 2 days. It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing! They said they would give me a credit! This company sucks so now I’ve got 2 shirts when I was supposed to get 3 and 2 bathing suits I’ve never received and they will give me a credit! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Most money I’ve ever spent for just 2 shirts $180.00!!!
