“I returned 3 swimsuits for a larger size. I could tell they would not fit so I did not try them on. I just received an email they would not honor the return due to a "peculiar smell". Not only do I find that offensive it is a lie. I will not deal with this company ever again. I would like to talk with customer service.”
“My star is to those who have been scammed by this company. I was ready to order a couple of tops at buy 2 get one free and then when you go to your cart it says buy 3 get 1 free. So I decided to check out customer reviews (not on their web page of course) and I am not surprised at the number of negative reviews. So while I am sorry for your experience, I am thankful that I came to this site before I became just another victim of a scam.”
“Buyer beware! I ordered 3 bathing suits from Modlily and it took forever to get here. Once I received them, I did not like them and returned them immediately. Well I am still fighting to get my refund, they asked me if I wanted a store credit and I said no because I am never buying from them again. I wanted it refunded to my credit card, so they gave me a store credit anyway! Now two weeks later I am still fighting them to change it. Worst company to deal with, can not talk to a real person, either email, Facebook or chat. Better off ordering from Amazon, at least they have good customer service.”
“I made two separate orders 6 weeks ago. They said they would arrive e within 7-15 days, after 4 weeks and many inquiries they admitted the orders were lost. They said they would resend and after two weeks and many inquiries, also lost. They said they would credit me 70percent, I disagreed, full 100 percent, They said wait for money back usually 25 days. Waiting but seriously doubt they’ll comply. We need to stop ordering from this company..and they have different names for the same company. China is not our friend.”
“Do not order from this company! Placed an order on 5/13/24, payment processed within seconds... Kept asking about the shipping and tried to cancel many times. I was told over and over "don't worry, I will rush the shipping". Finally on 6/1/24 I received a shipping notification but the package sat in Jamaica, NY until 6/10/24. Now it says my package will arrive on 6/14/24. I know when I get it the product will be of the poorest quality.”

“On 5/3/24 I ordered swimsuits from this company. I had been seeing their ads on Facebook for the past 3 years and finally decided to give them a try. Last week I finally saw the tracking said they were delivered. To who???? Not me for sure. When I sent an email they responded quickly and said they will resend and should receive it in 7-15 days. I know I'm stupid for believing but I will give them that time. Buyer beware, I should have read the reviews first. And shame on Facebook for allowing them to scam people.”
“I placed an order for swimsuits and received a confirmation email with a tracking link. I checked the link the next day which said the order was processing. Over a week later I checked the link again and apparently I don't have a valid email address. I am pretty sure I have been scammed.”
“I’ve had 2 bad experiences with this company. I ordered 2 tops with 3 one free and a couple of days later saw the ideal work top that I’d been looking for so ordered 3. First order came with only 2 tops Modily advised 3rd top free only if available?? Shouldn’t they know this when you order! 2nd order came while items ok they didn’t appear the same as picture- I kept one and returned the other 2 items costing me nzd$45 in postage to send to UK. Nearly 3 months later still no refund despite many emails DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY”

I emailed several times with what looked like to me a standard response from what I am assuming is a Bot of some sort. Today it said it was delivered and I NEVER received my package. “Like another customer said, you have to give a star to leave a review. So here goes. I cant complain about the clothing they actually have cuter stuff this year than what I could find in the stores.
What I am going to review is their dishonest business practices. BEWARE. When you go to check out make sure you uncheck the shipping fee coupon that automatically shows up in your cart. I didnt put it there and didn't know I was purchasing it. Now they refuse to refund it. It's a bait and switch if I ever saw one”

“Totally a scam.. I don’t understand how Facebook lets them continue to advertise with all the bad reviews.. I ordered 4 bathing suits . I kept 1 and returned the other 3. They sent me a medium when I ordered a large and I got 2 tops with no bottoms I ask for refund and they said it did not fit their criteria and instead offered me $10 store credit for 3 bathing suits returned brand new.. Total rip off but a lesson learned. SCAM”
