“I ordered bathing suits and one suit is missing. When I contacted them they said all were shipped. They said they would look into it and email me. I never heard anything from them. So I paid for a suit that I never received.”

“Horrible company. When they shipped the order it showed it wouldn’t be here in time. I canceled the order. They refused to cancel the order order. I requested cancellation several other times. Shipper didn’t even send it for nine days. There was no movement on the label. When I returned it, they said to use their label or it would occur shipping fees and then they deducted almost $20 for that label fee refused to cooperate with a refund. Communist, communist people is horrible and they can’t even give you an honest answer. As bad as Timu or whatever that awful other app is from China(TikTok). But they were Chinese I would never bought from them because they’re just collecting information”

“I ordered a dress based on the picture on the site. I received a notice from USPS that they had tried using counterfeit postage and that it would not be delivered. I wrote them to cancel the order and refund my money. The next day I received ANOTHER IDENTICAL DRESS! When I looked at the dress, the “polyester “ was nothing like I’ve ever seen. It looked/felt an outdoor tablecloth and the dress was HUGE even tho it was marked small. I knew better but ordered it anyway. And now I can’t get a response to my request for a return and refund. And I have two of these things.”
“Bait and switch. First, your credit card will be charged, but you will not receive your order for weeks. Second, I ordered 4 blouses from the cute selections they have. I received 4 horrible blouses that are not the right size or anything like what I ordered in style, color, etc. I tried to return them, but I am only allowed to return what I ordered and since these are not the ones in the picture, they will not accept them. I am stuck with 4 blouses I will never wear (even if they were the right size) and I am out the money. Do NOT do business with this company.”
