“Overall quality is good. However, it is about 1.5 inches too long on each side, which causes it to gap where the flaps meet. A real bummer as mine is a standard sized pet store crate.”

“The measurements were a bit larger than expected even after measuring our babies crate...so it is too long... we tucked it under.., otherwise It is great quality and looks very nice”

“Loved the products. Very well made. One big problem is the cotton crate cover shrank a full 2 inches on a 30 inch length. I washed on cold and put it in the dryer on delicate. I did get 40% off a replacement. This product and the pad cover should be wash and dry. While I love love the product, not practical.”

“The crate cover we ordered is very nice and good quality. My only issue with it is that I did not realize it only opens on two sides and is not reversible. Our dog’s crate is oriented in a corner and, in order to have the cover on where we can roll up the front (door is almost always open), the side that rolls up is on the wrong side (one facing the wall). It’s not a dealbreaker but would be nice to have the option of having that side open if we wanted to.”

Hi Lita, Thank you so much for your feedback, we really appreciate it! We do offer an option of having all 4 sides of our crate cover opened up. There is a charge of $20 to do it, and that option can be ordered at time of ordering. If you would like us to modify your crate cover we're happy to do so. Just send it back to us, and we'll do the modification and ship it back to you.

“Lots of email communication during the order. Perhaps too many afterward. It would be nice if there weren't quite so many- at some point I just start deleting all because there are only so many hours in a day.”

“Fast delivery. I was a little disappointed with the color it looked like a lighter blue in the photo. I ordered the rocket man color. . I received a dark blue dog seat cover. Hope it doesn’t show their white hairs”

hi vivian, that's pretty rare, so we'd like to make sure the product is OK. was there any damage to the crate cover? if so, can you please send a photo to help@mollymutt.com and we'll open up a case with USPS. unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse we have to hope it's handled with care all the way up to your doorstep. if it wasn't we want to make it right.

“Substantial material and nice choices. The only reason I didn't give it 5 is because the bed is not 'complete.' Had I noticed you required a mattress …… quite frankly making it OBVIOUS, I might not have even purchased the covers.”

“Very nicely made. Only thing I would have liked, is someway to keep it attached to the crate. We have a dog that is frightened of thunder and lightening. At least with this crate, she cannot escape. But, she does pull the cover off.”

“The material is definitely top quality,arrived on time and it fit my crates very well. I love the pattern and how I can choose to either leave the flap down or up at night before my dogs go to bed. And both my girls love there new create covers as well so thank you Molly mutt.”
