“The crate cover we ordered is very nice and good quality. My only issue with it is that I did not realize it only opens on two sides and is not reversible. Our dog’s crate is oriented in a corner and, in order to have the cover on where we can roll up the front (door is almost always open), the side that rolls up is on the wrong side (one facing the wall). It’s not a dealbreaker but would be nice to have the option of having that side open if we wanted to.”

Hi Lita, Thank you so much for your feedback, we really appreciate it! We do offer an option of having all 4 sides of our crate cover opened up. There is a charge of $20 to do it, and that option can be ordered at time of ordering. If you would like us to modify your crate cover we're happy to do so. Just send it back to us, and we'll do the modification and ship it back to you.

hi vivian, that's pretty rare, so we'd like to make sure the product is OK. was there any damage to the crate cover? if so, can you please send a photo to help@mollymutt.com and we'll open up a case with USPS. unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse we have to hope it's handled with care all the way up to your doorstep. if it wasn't we want to make it right.

“The fabric is adorable and comfortable. My frenchie loves it but he keeps pulling the zipper open and disconnecting it. A suggestion for future design would be to consider hiding the zipper more like some duvet covers do.”

“The beds covers are very, very nice! I truly love the pee protector! Your sizing is very generous! The only thing that disappointed me just a touch was the car seat/ cargo liner. I read the reviews of others with Highlanders who said the holes lined up well. Their SUVs must be newer, mine did not line up, but it still looks nice and will protect the seat. I just won't be able to use the doggies seatbelts!”

the free gifts come in different "groups" (set up as products) that you're eligible for as your total goes up. each customer gets 1 free product group with every order. it looks like you had 2 free gift products in your cart when you checked out. please email help@mollymutt.com and we can assist you more.

Molly designs new patterns at least twice during the year and we've got really exciting new designs arriving in July, followed by 2 other new designs in early Fall. “I love the product quality. The bed is a great size and very durable and I love that everything about the bed is washable. I’m not in love with the pillow pack, it doesn’t stay on the bed and is a constant hassle. I feel like the pillow pack was a waste of money. There’s got to be a better way to make it stay on the bed. The shipping was timely and well packaged. I love the scent of the bed refresher. But that pillow pack :(”

“I love the idea of this dog bed and the color is beautiful! Washed up great and so far very happy with it. My only disappointment was that on the inner tag I found out that it was made in China. I have been avoiding anything for my puppy that is made in China due to their lack of quality and safety standards for pets. Years ago we lost our family dog to Cancer, because of food products Made in China!”

“Received my order promptly. The liquid-resistant dog bed liner is high quality but not as thick and durabke as I hoped. Such is online shopping via photo and description. I would shop here again if unable to shop in physical stores or unable to find a product I want in physical stores.”
