“Our Spikey (a 17 lb mixed breed) loves the "renovation" of his 30 x 19 crate with the Romeo & Juliet exterior and the Clark Gable pad cover. I'm a renovation TV show addict, so of course we've made it an open concept interior and knocked out the wall between the kitchen and the living room (LOL)! Giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because the opening of Spikey's crate is on the "short" side and the way the crate cover opening secures is on the "long" side. However, we just roll up the flap on the short side and it stays open.”

Thank you very much for the feedback on the packaging Lisa! It seems that USPS sent us a batch of "priority mail" packages that didn't have the proper glue strip on them. We are working with USPS to get replacements are in the meantime are taking extra care to seal up all packages. Thank you very much!

“Molly Mutt duvets are nicely made and the stuff sacks are good to get everything in and organized; however I had an issue with the embroidery. The embroidery itself was well done; however I made the mistake of asking for them to pick the color. My pattern is white and orange primarily, and Molly Mutt chose white thread. It's hard to see my dog's name and it does honestly feel like a waste. Just choose your own color. Molly Mutt, in the future, light colored patterns like orange and white should get dark thread, purple, brown or black, navy even. Thank you.”

“Overall quality is good. However, it is about 1.5 inches too long on each side, which causes it to gap where the flaps meet. A real bummer as mine is a standard sized pet store crate.”

“Loved the products. Very well made. One big problem is the cotton crate cover shrank a full 2 inches on a 30 inch length. I washed on cold and put it in the dryer on delicate. I did get 40% off a replacement. This product and the pad cover should be wash and dry. While I love love the product, not practical.”

“The crate cover we ordered is very nice and good quality. My only issue with it is that I did not realize it only opens on two sides and is not reversible. Our dog’s crate is oriented in a corner and, in order to have the cover on where we can roll up the front (door is almost always open), the side that rolls up is on the wrong side (one facing the wall). It’s not a dealbreaker but would be nice to have the option of having that side open if we wanted to.”

There is a charge of $20 to do it, and that option can be ordered at time of ordering. If you would like us to modify your crate cover we're happy to do so. Just send it back to us, and we'll do the modification and ship it back to you.

“Lots of email communication during the order. Perhaps too many afterward. It would be nice if there weren't quite so many- at some point I just start deleting all because there are only so many hours in a day.”

“Fast delivery. I was a little disappointed with the color it looked like a lighter blue in the photo. I ordered the rocket man color. . I received a dark blue dog seat cover. Hope it doesn’t show their white hairs”
