“Easy to deal with, did point out that damage caused by repair man accessing burst points was not covered by insurance, so to avoid losing bonuses paid for replacement kitchen units myself. ( they had to be broken up and removed to get at pipework under the floor which also had to come up.”

“My wife had the accident when she sneezed she went into the rear of another car. I phoned our provider and was advised what to do, my car was picked up by the repairers and a curtsey car was delivered at the same time. When I got my car back the repairs had been done to the highest standard.”
