“I had intended to search for a new home insurance policy as mine had increased quite a bit, but after speaking to your call centre they managed to suggest a new policy which was much more acceptable. Many thanks”

“I called to cancel my insurance but the operative worked out a good enough price to keep me with you. But as. 15 year customer, I shouldn't have had to call to get a price £400 cheaper than the roll over quote. Your operative was smashing.”

“I bought online through the More Than website, and found the journey simple, easy to use, and most importantly it was a competitive price. I was able to add in specific details which were custom to me and then review them before buying, which was reassuring as some of the other sites I have tried to buy through before didn't recap all of the details and it was unclear whether it had kept them from the quote to the buy part! Did it all on my phone and it was really straight forward and quick, and I got the confirmation email pretty much immediately.”

“Cannot praise the staff enough. Is currently dealing swiftly with a claim on our home emergency cover, even though what we thought was a small water leak in the toilet turned out to be a bit more complicated. All staff have so far been professional and courteous. The help and advice has been delivered in a prompt and seamless manner, which has eased the stress on my daughter who is dealing with it all and some of the more unpleasant ‘disinfecting’ tasks. Hopefully this excellent service will continue to the resolution of the problem, I feel confident it will.”

“I recently had an accident which was really disappointing as I had over 10 years no claims (protected). From the time I rang up which was a Sunday afternoon your staff were extremely helpful and got my car towed away that same afternoon as promised on the phone. You sorted out a courtesy car fro the Tuesday morning which got delivered when promised again the guy who delivered it was extremely helpful and went through everything with me . Throughout the time you had my car you kept me informed and in fact I got my car back earlier than anticipated which was brilliant. The car repairs were first class!!! You offer a top class service and I would recommend you to anyone what a brilliant!!!!! Thanks to everyone for all your help and professional customer service shame there are not more companies like you.”
