“THIS IS MY FIRST YEAR WITH THIS PROVIDER AND THE CHANGE FROM MY OLD INSURANCE COMPANY WAS EASY PEASY. THE PAPERWORK WAS DONE ON LINE AND EVERYTHING WENT LIKE CLOCKWORK. HOWEVER , YOU NEVER KNOW HOW GOOD A COMPANY IS UNTILL YOU MAKE A CLAIM AND I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO FIND OUT.”

“Competitive quote and, whilst I haven't had to submit a claim so can't really comment on the quality of service, I found the process of obtaining the level of cover I required very easy and therefore have no complaints!”

“All what I want and easy to contact which I did by phone to change some details on my policy. All completed with a English person who was very helpful and very polite. I'm pleased with what I have, just hope the renewal price doesn't go up when its due.”

“Great self-service available via their website so no need to call. No additional charges to add a second name driver, I actually received a partial refund. Other companies charge £25-£35 for a policy change such as change of address, name or adding or removing second drivers, More than didn't charge me.”

“I had home Insurance through my bank Santander and they put the premium up from £180 to £265 so I cancelled I went online and found that the underwriters with my bank were the same as more than I got a quote with the same policy details for around £100 so was very happy with the savings. My advise to anybody is do not take any insurance through any bank they hike the costs up always do your research its well worth it.”

“Could have got home insurance policy cheaper but for me it gave a good level of cover, easy access, and combined with the included benefits of access to legal documents such as will writing (solicitors charge £500+) it did not enter my mind to change insurance companies.”
