“I would 100 percent recommend them quick and easy even with slight delay car was at my door in under a week ,the process of it all was easy even the id and online was pretty good only thing a found make sure card is registered at your own address for id checks hahahaha aint fun other wise and if ya get hassan hope didn't butcher that he's superb gets it done stress free”

“Claire was assigned to me as part of the, 'After Sales Team', after the finance for my new car had been agreed and had been paid to the dealership. From the moment of her initial contact right through to the delivery of my new car, she kept me informed and updated every step of the way. She never ceased to answer my questions and or queries, nothing was too much trouble. Claire was always warm and professional in her manner and even when challenges arose outside of her control she tried to always resolve these as quickly as possible.. Claire 's amazing customer service helped to calm my nerves in relation to purchasing my first car on finance. The process took a week from start to finish and there was literally nothing that I had to do other than paperwork and picking my new car.Thank you for making this experience a very positive one for me...and yes I'm extremely happy with the car.”

“Amazing again. 2nd car we have had from these guys and amazing service. Had the car delivered on my driveway in under a week.delivery was great messaged and called to confirm time of delivery and went through all on the car and paperwork before leaving. Highly recommend using i3 and would return to them in a heartbeat Thank you Donna 😊 very happy with all your help.”

“Hi I would like to share my experience.I did received the car on 10/08/2022 and battery was flat. Viki helped me to get some mobile mechanic to fix the car unfortunately the mobile mechanic asked 170 pounds to fix everything. The car left my home for 2 days no working and I paid money to local garage to temporarily fix the problem to move the car. Viki from i3 finance paid for battery and fixed. It’s only 60 pounds difference between mobile mechanic and Halfords. The dealer promised full service and give the the car properly but I found lied. I took the local garage and I changed everything and it was another 180 pounds I paid from my pocket. Iam not here to complain the company Iam try to say not trustable. So far in 4 days 14/08/2022 too many problems.Customer service good (Shannon).”

“Arkin and sugar have been brilliant,made me feel at ease and dealt with everything for me. A real credit to the company. It has took 1 week from applying to receiving the car which I think is fantastic. After receiving the car today I have found a problem with it and contacted arkin to let him know and within 10 mins he had booked me into a local garage for repair. Honestly I can't thankyou enough 10/10 for customer service would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a car”

“Yes very happy with the service from start to finish, very quick efficient and finance was very quick and easy to do on line. I spoke with another agent initially then was put onto Claire, very good service, phone calls to make sure I was happy with what was happening. Letting me know the stages of what was happening with the vehicle mot etc. Lots of phone calls, today 09.08.2022 received my car from a chap, very helpful and happy. Took all necessary details from me, Claire then rang me and went through procedures of the vehicle, asked me to check the car inside and out. Good customer service from everyone.Would definitely recommend. Excellent Company”

“Firstly. Credit to my first point of contact, Sugar. On the ball from the very first moment. Super friendly. Although I was chopping and changing last minute he was able to accommodate.
