“Ginette and Donna are a credit to the business and have worked tirelessly to ensure that I finally got the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately the first vehicle I was purchasing suffered defects and the supplier was incredibly unbecoming in their attitude to fixing the issue. This caused a delay of 7 weeks and even through all of this Ginette and Donna were fantastic in keeping me updated and trying wholeheartedly to try and get the supplier to show some seblance of customer service. Unfortunately, this was not. the case and i chose a different vehicle. once again the process with i3 and Ginette and Donna was seamless however another issue with another vehicle. However, this was a different supplier and Donna was able to agree with the supplier a more convenient timeline to repair the issues and within a week my vehicle has been delivered. If it wasn't for supplier issues the whole process would have been tremendous. Donna and Ginette are a credit to the business and a pleasure to deal with.”

“The only reason I have given a 5 star rating is for one person. Donna it’s fair to say if not for her taking control and supporting us, we would have pulled the deal and gone else where, her communication and efforts were second too none, in fact having had the car now 48hrs the only reason it’s still here, having reported several issues on delivery is her commitment to her customer . Many thanks Donna, from Rhys and Jess”

“From the initial application through until the actual delivery everything was so simple. They found me a car and finance package as well. Nicola the sales lady who helped find my new car was excellent and led me through the process superbly. I was then passed on to Claire who dealt with the car delivery and notified me of any defects however slight again she was superb. Thank you ladies for making everything so easy. Sean Dixon”

“I would like to thank arkin and sayan on the great customer service I have received,From start to finish these guys have been very patient with me in choosing my new car to receiving it. Nothing was too much. After receiving my first car which was faulty the returns process was so easy and they was very understanding with me and they worked for me and not the dealer. I would highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to get sayan from sales department and arkin in aftersales then you are in for a real treat! Great work guys and thankyou so much I'm in love with my new car ❤️❤️”

“I want to say a massive thank you to mehmet and claire for their help on getting my new car . They are very helpful and I’m happy to say they have got a good costumer relation. Most especially mehmet for been so patient with me because I was been a pain at some point haha 😂. And also claire was such a great help at after sale . “Claire has been very helpful trying to arrange the delivery of our new vehicle when was best for us although unfortunately the delivery drive was sick in the day we requested. The vehicle was delivered the following day. Claire has provided great service through the whole process and has been very helpful.”
