“So I ordered a white bwthròm bin and instead received a bird kitchen roll holder so a bit disappointed. Luckily the contact details were on the invoice so I contacted the recipient to arrange exchange.”

“Ordered some Zack Atore bathroom accessories and was very impressed with the prompt, efficient delivery and quality of the products. Had to return one item and reorder an alternative so paid return postage but it was my error so can't complain about that. When I phoned about the return Jean was very helpful so top marks for customer service.”

“I actually did speak to a very nice, friendly and knowledgeable lady who sorted my order out ( the one I ordered was out of stock ) . It was delivered immediately next day and in the colour I first ordered. Absolutely recommend this seller the whole experience was 1st class and I will have no hesitation in purchasing again from this seller.”

“I order a wenko telescopic squeegie and received a soap dispenser. I then emailed to point out the error but did not get a reply. I made a telephone call and was told that replacement would be sent. I have not yet received it.”
