“Ordered the Yorkshireman mug but received a bathmat and not the mug a couple of days later. A quick email soon rectified this and I received the mug a couple of days after that (and was told to keep the bathmat!). Mug is fantastic, just what I expected!”

“Bought 2 light pulls which were very reasonably priced although on arrival 1 was broken, telephoned to ask about return, said they would send a replacement. Would of been 5 stars if first one wasn't broken”
