“Efficient delivery and quality goods for price”

“The replacement soft-close toilet seat I purchased was of good quality, though I had to use superglue to secure the brass fitting inside the rubber housing as it became detached after a very short time. The product's biggest weakness was the lack of written instructions. From the illustrations it appeared it was possible to secure the seat in three different ways, but there was no guidance as to which was best in any particular situation.”

“Product as advertised. Delivery prompt . Packaging a damaged and although glass shelves in parcel , no "fragile" label on parcel. No damage to product. Overall, very good service”

“Arrival time was good, pagaging was also very good. I have only gave this a four star because I purchased this seat before from another company but made by the same manufacturers and within seven months one side of the seat cracked. Could not get a refund ftom the manufacturer because it had been sold through another company, but after several complaints I received a full refund through the company selling it. So I hope this time round I wont have this problem as it is hard to find somewhere that sells this colour. But overhaul I am pleased with this item but time will tell.”
