“I used to like this outfit, I remember leaving a UV haze filter on a camera and they gave me credit for it! The last few exchanges have been dismal. One major beef is their shipping, they have a contract with Fedex (only option) that requires them to deliver to your home and get a signature. Signature I understand but sitting at home for 8-9 hours waiting for a driver isn't possible so with other venues I am allowed to change delivery to a nearby fedex location and pick up the items at my convenience. I am the customer after all. My last experience was the worst, I traded in a wonderful Leica 28 mm lens, they offered a good price for it, I packed it with the cool Leica leather case and the lens hood and it's lens cap and the round Leica lens cap, all in the case. The claimed they didn't get the case and the round lens cap!! Not possible, the lens was in it. Docked me $70 and have never responded acknowledge their error or whatever you want to call it. No longer a trustworthy honorable business.”
