“4the time using MPB, part ex. or just buying equipment never an issue. They’re fair with their quotes, will adjust accordingly when they see your part ex equipment…occasionally adding to the original quote if justified!
Part exchanges take just over a week.
I’ll probably never buy new equipment again! 🙂”
“The entire process was clear and easy. The price I received for my used equipment was close to my estimated value, which I found fair. The equipment I received in exchange was exactly as described by MPB. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience”
“I exchanged a lens, but found that the new lens had a slight scratch on the front glass I contacted mpb, sent the lens back and promptly sent out another lens which arrived within a couple of days.”
“I have bought and sold items on MPB.com, and it is so easy they are very quick to send me what I have bought and even quicker to put the money in my bank from what I have sold to them.”
“The whole process of sending my camera to them, getting credited for the value of the camera and getting the replacement was easy. Definitely recommend them.”
“Very easy to use website. I have traded, bought, and sold here. The turn-around time is quick and the products I have received are in excellent condition. The hardest part for me was estimating the condition of my stuff.”
