“Unfortunately I have been waiting for over 15 days for confirmation that my two Hasselblad lenses, which have already been collected by DHL, have arrived at MPB. Apparently the package is still held at customs and MPB is supposed to clear it according to DHL. So far I’ve only had hassle. My email was never answered. If I hadn’t seen how many reviews MPB has, I would have thought the company is a scam.
Addendum 1: Many thanks for the quick reply on Trustpilot. If I had received such a quick answer to my email, I wouldn’t have written the review. I attached to the package all the documents I received automatically by email for the shipment.
Addendum 2 (23.09.25): Since I still haven’t heard anything from MPB at all — no email, no confirmation, no phone calls, nothing — I called the support phone number myself. I have never experienced such an unmotivated, even rude, support on the phone. An absolute disaster. When I asked the gentleman for his last name, he refused to give it. I also did not receive a confirmation email from the polite gentleman. It’s outrageous how customers are treated here. I have absolutely nothing to prove that my lenses were picked up. STAY AWAY FROM MPB!!!!”
