“Very simple, no-nonsense quotes for used camera gear, very simple pre-paid shipping once a quote was accepted, good communication, prompt gear evaluation and final offer, prompt payments.
That being said, the overall online process needs refinement. Once a quote is provided, it is not possible to alter the quote except for changing the described condition - can't recall the quote, adjusting equipment added/subtracted. Every time you want to find out what mpb might offer, the only way to do that generates another quote - each and every time - and makes it confusing when trying to communicate with mpb by phone or email.
Also, no way to speak with the used equipment team directly - must go through the main phone line - nice people, but inefficient, with often incorrect info being transmitted to used buying team... like playing "Operator."
Overall, was a good process, and I did sell a number of pieces, but not smooth as far as communications if not seamless from the beginning.”
