“I like it because the price is good”

“I'm satisfied that the item I've been looking for was available. However, it was inconvenient that I could only order one of the items. Therefore, I would have to do a separate order with separate shipping fee (which was almost the same price as the item I ordered) to have a backup in my pantry. Not happy about that.”

“I have ordered twice now from MTC and both times have been completely satisfied. Shipping is prompt and items arrive intelligently packaged to protect them. Selection of dinnerware is good and prices better than most other places. My Japanese dinnerware collection has been enhanced by a variety of pieces from MTC and they are authentic and beautiful.”

“Brook was exceptional at assisting me with the difficulty with UPS shipping costs. If you don't correct the shipping estimates soon you will be losing sales. I enjoy the kitchen products but hesitate on ordering in the future due to shipping costs.”

“Placed my order July 7th. Today July 18th and the order still not shipped. The issue is if you are out, let me know right after ordering, so I can make other arrangements so my business won't get effected”

“I love the rubber cutting board I ordered from you. However, as I figured it is really big and I dont need it that size unless I'm preparing lots of stuff for the holidays. “I love your products this is my second order and i found some containers lid are flat each package i find at least 4 or 5 lids.. its B 2. Trying to order soon but how do I request to those lids prevent from getting damaged. Or if i have alots damaged do we have refunded or reimbursed it? Thanks!”
