The order arrived on the date stated. I only got the information that items where missing from the order one day after the delivery. The order almost got stolen because the delivery company decided it was OK to leave it outside on a main road lucky I noticed delivery email quickly otherwise I would be missing my order.

The issue was the packaging, the ice packs had melted and the food was starting to warm. Compared to say the packaging I have had from likes of Sherwood Butchers it wasnt great.

Chicken burgers was open recieved 10 gammon steaks with use by date of 3 days after I recieved them. I tried to contact someone regarding these issues and seem to be getting knowhere

I love the food but their delivery service is appalling. Iv had 3 deliveries so far and every single one has been left outside in a busy public thoroughfare. Iv complained to both parties 3 times now and NOTHING. You are losing a customer MUSCLEFOOD .

The website is painfully slow, and some of the amazing snacks you used to have like dark chocolate and chilli squares and the Jalpeno protein cheese are no longer available

Chicken fillets weren't actual fillets more like mini ones with thick tendon that needed cutting out. DPD left delivery on wet doorstep, despite clear instructions of where to safely leave it. As a whole not great, don’t know what all the fuss is about!

Sirloin as tough as old boots, mince in very small packaging, won't be ordering again!!

The meat was delivered on time. Received on the 12. Unfortunately the longest use by date was the 15th. One bag of chicken breast had a very funky smell and was slimy other was not

I think there were some items missing. Specifically the turkey and beef meatballs that I added to the £50 box. Frustratingly I cannot seem to see what went into the box on my account, just that I bought it. The rest of the food looks good, just annoying things are missing!

Some of the meat was a good size but other bits were really small portions still good value for money but thought portions would be bigger

Not best pleased with my first and last order with muscle food Delivery was for Monday and didn’t arrive until Wednesday When opening it the bags of chicken was split and the dates are only 4 days from when it arrived Messaged you about delivery and no response until the Wednesday when the food arrived

I received my order today. The box was open when it was delivered. I bought the chicken, steak and mince box, out of the 12 packets of mince 9 of them have stared to turn grey. I am extremely unhappy with my purchase and would not recommend.

Received my order late. Both the box and the bag were open when I received it. The hamper I ordered was ment to come with separate freezer bags it to separate the meat into but didn't receive them. Wouldn't usually complain but when ordering food you expect it to come in a sealed container.

Items missing & a poor refund of 5 pounds, it was a bundle of offer, it would have been better to have the meat that was missing sent separate

I used musclefoods back in 2017 for over a year and loved the quality of the meat. However, having returned to musclefoods I am very disappointed with with how fatty the chicken breasts are. The quality has declined massively and I won’t be ordering again

Whilst the chicken has been mostly great, I have had a few breasts which were hard and yellow. I have tried contacting Musclefood and they make it impossible for you to contact them.

Beef products have seriously become poor quality. Bought Christmas Turkey and Beef hamper. Turkey was good, Beef joint so chewy, gave it to our dogs!! Bought steak and chicken hampers last week. Same again, sirloin steaks full of gristle and ever so chewy. Won't buy again
