Unfortunately I found a piece of blue plastic in my food container. I have messaged the company, hopefully we can figure out what it was and prevent it happening again Else, it was all good, from delivery to service overall.

We used to love ordering from muscle food. This last delivery we had has been awful. The mince full of gristle and the steaks inedible! Not great!

This was my first order and unfortunately I was disappointed. When it arrived one of the bags had leaked meat juices over the entire order. I had to wash everything before I could put it away. Online it also said the order would include bags to seperate the larger bagged meats into portions but there was nothing? It didn’t make a very good first impression and made the whole thing feel a bit ‘thrown’ together with little care. Such a shame as I can’t fault the produce itself. The meat has been wonderful but the experience has really put me off ordering again.

Both the Bags of chicken were open covering everything else with chicken juice. Chicken breasts large but rest looks tiny and certainly one portion of the flavoured chicken wouldn’t feed one adult male but I’ll see about the rest as vacuumed packed there could be more than it looks 🤷‍♀️

I have been using the service for a long time and had no problems. Today is the first time a delivery arrived with the tape open on the box. I wouldn’t normally be that concerned but when I went to open the food bag, it was also open and the food was not very cool. Hopefully the food is ok. It has put me off using the service.

This has taken a while to do due to work been very busy but I never got my full order they said that you get an extra order for 1p but that never came and even if it didn't come the normal order that was 46 pound was missing the sausages out of it not sure if I'll order again

80% of the items were missing from my order, they did not tell me there were problems until after it was delivered Delivery was also a day late and items were damaged

I still haven’t received my parcel. It was due for delivery yesterday and we were out walking our puppy. We have checked with all our neighbours as nearest neighbour was designated as our safe space. I’m hoping it will be delivered soon.

Personally i didnt like the meat, i am on a pure beef carnivore diet and usually get my beef from either asda or Morrisons and personally i think both of the supermarkets meat is better.

Usually quite good but this is the third order in a row in which I had an issue. I've had late deliveries, been overcharged and not received the correct order. Very frustrating.

5kg premium chicken... It's Romanian chicken. This isn't publicised clearly on the website. We can get all "Daily Mail" about that or we can remain objective. The objective issues are: 1. No idea on food standards in Romania. They're in the EU (but we're not...), but I've now read EU are having some issues with Romanian food standards. 2. How is it transported? Chicken was killed 22 May, packed 22 May, arrived with me 31 May, use-by 02 May.... Basically, it raises questions. I'd prefer the we site publicise things and explain why it's all top quality regardless.
