Placed an order last week that had 3 mini hampers included for FREE. Order arrived but had quite a few things missing from the list of items. I complained but got fobbed off by telling me that the items was included...even AFTER I showed them proof! Since then I haven't heard from them Being a customer for a few years now the customer service has got worse! Go to your local butcher, it's worth the price for customer service alone!

Ordered 3 times, last 2 were very poor. They gave me a voucher as partial compensation for the terrible quality of the chicken on my previous order, then on my recent order they sent me chicken breast fillets (offcuts) instead of small chicken breasts and then denied it was the wrong product, even though they charge extra for small ones (because they should be younger, more tender, etc). It's blatantly mis-described (as were the eggs I purchased). They're just selling offcuts of large bits of chicken and passing them off as premium. And it was 'fresh' chicken, from Lithuania... And they refused to give me a refund, when I didn't even order the product they sent. Won't be going back.

They told me because I lived in an area that was further than usual they would take an extra day to deliver which I was fine with. Nothing had appeared for quite some time so i emailed the customer service for them to say it was cancelled because of my area. What a waste of time and annoyance. I was really looking forward to try the stuff out and if it was decent recommend to my clients.

Seemed like a good idea but the quality of many of their products are way below par. In the hampers there's always a good % of cheap rubbish bulking it out. The diced southern fried chicken is a prime example - every single one of these I have had to throw half of it away before cooking as the meat is such poor quality. I'm also heartily sick of the 400 spam emails they send me per week. Won't be bothering with them again

Well, the result of my complaint of the rotten hamper delivered to my son in London. I posted Joshua's response the replacement hamper email stated would arrive on the 24th of February. My son has arranged to be at home for this - all good right? Mmmm, no acknowledgment of him waiting seven days with nothing. Well I was private messaged, by a pleasant person who was much more responsive - excellent customer service. I was offered a £20 voucher for the delay and an apology. Great stuff. Unfortunately not, I came home tonight and my daughter had received a text message saying the hamper would arrive on the 25th not the 24th and it was coming to her in Scotland! not my son in London! REALLY!!! So back to square one, no food for my son and no hamper and a days pay and work lost. Well done Musclefood, outstanding. I guess it will be 24 hours before I get a message telling me they will get back to me. Unless the lovely person private messages again and saves the day. Whoever they are the only reason I have not given up and reported this further. So well done. Now to tell my son he is to be hungry even longer. Watch this space

Half the delivery came, they they sent the rest of it and it was left outside the front of the house and not ther when we returned home from work. We are yet to hear back from them to see what they will do.
