tried some beef rump steaks but not impressed.. they are very tough and full of chewy sinew of which by the time i'd trimmed it all out i was left with a few scraps of steak Bit disapointed as i have no complaints on the chicken breast that i reguarly buy

Did not think it was great value mince and diced steak was single portion size, not made clear and did not look like the advert was disappointed won't use again and won't reccomend. Delivery was fine but all the ice packs inside were defrosted

Disappointed with the beef and mince, not enough to feed me and my husband. Chicken breasts are fine, spiced chicken pointless as not enough for two again. Doubt I will order again. I ordered 3 boxes for me and my family. Shame 🙄

Bought the prepared hamper pack, with boneless butterfly turkey, joint of beef, sausage meat, sausages, 8 pigs in blankets, stuffing, prepared parsnips, sprouts, potato and carrots, and it showed them all chopped up on a tray. The joint of beef I expected to be smaller, and it certainly was, 400g. As small as my fist. This hamper is for 4-6 people. This beef will feed 2 people if that. As for the veg? I'm disabled, have Fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis, I'm in pain everyday, so decided it was worth paying the extra for this hamper as everything was prepared, especially the veg as in the picture, and I anticipated just rinsing and popping onto a tray to cook. When it arrived however, it came as you would imagine straight from a market with the veg still a bit mucky especially the sprouts. Needless to say this wasn't what I expected. The original listing for this disappeared a while ago but fortunately I still have a screenshot of it showing that it does indeed promise a prepared hamper. Really wish I hadn't ordered it. Certainly won't be don't again. I did complain and was told my complaint would be passed on for feedback and they hoped it wouldn't affect my Christmas. Well it will. I've had to get a larger piece of beef and will be in considerable pain too.

Just received my delivery which is supposed to feed 6 to 8 hungry people for Christmas. I'd be lucky to feed 4 !! Beef joint is so small and there are only 8 small potatoes. Definitely not worth the £50 cost. Would definitely have been better off at tescos. Such a shame as I have been really pleased with previous deliveries. Very very disappointed 😞

Not impressed by the small amount of meat lots of chicken breasts but not a great deal of other meat and a small limited choice of meat had to pay forty pounds did not seem a lot more for the extra hamper for a pound ,thought it was double up .Delivery as expensive and box was damaged.Rather disappointed had been been looking forward to the delivery .😢

It looked better than it was. There was a lot of chicken based meals and the steaks were tiny and didn't have much taste. I ended up giving a lot of it away as my husband wasn't very keen either.

I received a delivery that had defrosted which I reported. I was told that I would receive a refund. This was never forthcoming. I have not dealt with you since.

Price and delivery is fine, quality control is not, sharp bones in chicken to start, two orders in a row, both with customer services not being bothered sending generic emails on how it was an isolated instance that shouldn't have passed suppliers quality control. They really need to learn what isolated means, definitely not one after the other.

Although the food is normally good quality, the chicken has been quite fatty lately. I am hoping my next delivery is better! Unfortunately the delivery lets it down every time. The box is always battered or wet and damaged. It’s really disappointing when you spend so much money on the food in the first place!

We received an order, with one of the steaks already two days out of date! I requested a refund and they refused, as I had already thrown away the off meat and couldnt send them a photo! Very poor service.

Awful meat. Only reason it is lean is because its thin and mixed with stuff. I've had bowel operation so need proper meant not added water etc . These guys are making a packet on their lean meat lol my dogs had the lot none of us enjoyed it , waste of money

Recieved my first order today food was missing ie spicy chicken on skewers orange chocolate bar. Southern fried chicken energy ball. The portions are minuscule and would not even fill a quarter of my freezer. I have never ever seen such small sausages in my life. The hampers definatly do not look anything like the pictures you put up. I am very dissapointed with this delivery. E.mail sent and received no reply so far. Will be cancelling my next order .such a shame as the chicken breast look amazing. Also waited in all day for delivery as wasnt told the 2 hour slot time as promised . Also feel its ridiculous that there is no contact number to deal with customer complaints and all we can do is write e.mails and reviews and get no response. Shame on you especially during these times

Ordered two hampers, including 3 free, one for myself and one for daughter, totalling £144. I have today received my order and am disgruntled to find the 3 free hampers we’re not included. What I have received is very poor value and incredibly small portions, certainly not enough to feed a family. I consider the value of the meat received to be at the most half of what I paid! I want to return the hampers but not sure what the situation is. I would avoid this company at all costs!

Used to be good and reliable, but 4 of my last 5 orders have been a real trial with stuff being delivered on wrong day, being delivered to wrong address and left outside (this is fresh meat). Final straw was my last order was completely ignored and no answer from Customer Services. Had enough and won't use again. Not worth the mental anguish and time required to sort problems

I bought the two weeks worth of muscle food ready meals. I found the quality and the taste of them to be very poor. The chicken was dry when microwaved and the sauce was scant. The taste was not what I would have expected for the price I paid. Slimming World and weight watchers meals are much better tasting. Very disappointing.
