The food and delivery is grate but when I need to update my new menu and days allowance it don’t keep it so it’s sent me the wrong amount

Didn’t receive the order and had to report the order missing, turned out to be spoiled in transit, I received a replacement a week later. Customer service was excellent but the delay meant we had to buy additional groceries but I can fault Muscle Food themselves, just disappointed I had to report before it was found out to be spoiled - maybe change courier company.

i have cancelled my musclefood order for the simple reason that there is not enough in the meals for me.the portions are really small , and, i would need at least 2 of them to be satisfied. however, the food itself is absolutely stuning,amazing flavours and so tasty. it is an awful pity that the portions are not at least 50% larger, if they were i would become a customer regularly.

These used to be a very affordable quick and easy meals. But recently there has been a price increase which would cost me over 60GBP extra per year. The issue is there has been no improvement in quality and flavour to justify this. Also, it is annoying to see how they treat loyal customers (over 6 years) . There now is a new website to handle subscriptions, however you are not transfered automatically. You need to cancel and re subscribe to the prepped pods plan and that's when you get charged with the increased price and this is not communicated with existing customers, you have to enquire about the price differences. The meals remain decent but with the increased price I would expect a bigger portion or tastier food. Also, the containers the food arrives in leak and get everything dirty.

Found the steaks to be quite gristly, and the chicken full of water. Only item I would re-order is packs of meatballs, for convenience

Delivery got screwed up, had to re delivery. Meat had slight smell to it. Might of been better getting it from the supermarket in all honesty. They did give me a £5 off my next order, so I might use them again, but I might not.

Small portions, don't belive in macro values, some of the boxes like sweat chilli chicken or black bean chicken absolutely tasteless. Would not recommend to a friend.

I have been a regular customer for a number of year and primarily order 5kg chicken breasts, rump steaks and prepped pots. The quality has always been excellent, full of flavour, steaks that melt in your mouth and I liked the fact that I could change my delivery whenever I wanted, however this has changed. I realise the price of produce has gone up and I don't mind paying extra to get the service I want but that has not been the case. I now have to check the chicken breasts for bones and gristle and the steak is often full of fat and sinew that can't be eaten. Also the chicken used to come double packed but now it's not and drips over the rest of my order. Lastly the website has changed and now I can't see my subscription order, I don't know when it's due, I can't add to it or change the date of delivery without contacting customer service. If this is the new look website, I think its a step backwards and I'm not happy with it.

Food was really good. Delivery was very poor. The tracking links didn't work and when I opened the package one pot that had no seal and had leaked over everything and the pots had started defrosting. Everything was soaking wet.

Up to the change in website I would say that this was 4* - but this week no response from the "chat' method of communication that only works during office hours - not everyone can spend time at work dealing with issues by the way - means unwanted boxes will be delivered. Don't say you will respond if you have no intention to do so.

The chicken is very good but the sirloin steaks are chewy, I can find better at Morissons, and the sausages have only 75% meat. I will not order this again.

I was disappointed with the quantity of the hamper although the pack of chicken breast was a good size i felt the sirloin steaks, burgers and the flavoured chicken packs was very small and the pork loin steaks looked like one piece had been cut into two pieces.

Good amount of choice and arrived all packaged with lots of information on when to expect it. Ordered the lean box and the steaks were a real disappointment as not even slightly lean with huge amounts of fat on all of them
