“Always easy to browse the website, making orders are straightforward and they come really well packaged. Little disappointed with my latest order as no freezer bags came with it, which were noted on the order as included. However, love the selection that has come.”

“The produce is always fresh, reasonably priced and good quality - better quality than the supermarkets. My only grumble concerning my recent delivery is that the box was very damp, open and damaged. However, this was cosmetic as the contents were packed well and in very good condition”

“Happy with our order. However box was damaged and a few items burst therefore had to be binned immediately, blood all over the box. Time consuming having to clean it all.”

“Received my order on time but was a little disappointed in the contents.not much mince bacon and small sausages . I wouldn’t order that again. I had 2.5 kg of chicken breasts which were good but why from Romania and not British Surely we have lots of chicken farmers”

“Our order arrived damaged which I reported immediately. I had a response within a day offering to replace the order at the next free delivery slot. The damage had occurred with the courier and I am more than happy with how Muscle Food have dealt with it. I have used them in the past and the products are excellent. It would have been 5/5 if the courier was better.”

“Bought a bundle and the meat is good so far. Really pleased with the steak. Delivery is straight forward. 4 out of 5 stars. My suggestion to hit 5 stars would be to throw in some recipe cards or little extras/small discounts on future orders.”
