“Really impressed with the quantity and quality of food delivered for the price of the hamper! Only thing I'd say is the new customer hamper is perfect for myself and if someone else were also wanting a calorie deficit, however my partner wants to bulk so cooking the same meals there were (for example) 2 burgers so we'd have only enough meat for 1 each and he'd want both - so maybe a 2 person started hamper with double the burger options would be good. But I appreciate we could have chosen a different hamper and I still think it's amazing, just needed to include his thoughts. Still loads of chicken and everything easy to store in freezer without taking too much room!”

“The meat I have received so far has been fantastic! However, the photos of the meat online do not match what arrives. The pork steaks are far smaller in person than online photos show”

“We have had the Xmas hamper and the new year bundle and so far, so good. My only issue is that on some products there are no instructions on how to prepare the meat (pizza coated chicken breast for example) which have separate components of the dish for you to assemble. If you do not have the knowledge this can be tricky to know what to do.”

“Food is good but some products not delivered due to being out of stock/unavilable and not notified about it until it was already out for delivery. Instead of replacing the items a refund is to be issued for missing products, but the point of using a food delivery service was to save going to the shops and buying the meals myself!”

“Good quality product and the amount is just perfect for the price you pay, for sure. Only I live quite a distance from Nottingham (where I believe the HQ is), so by the time our meet arrived, the ice had all melted and some pieces of food looked not so fresh any more - still good to eat, don't get me wrong, but had to prep them asap.”

“On whole I?m happy with the prep meals I receive (2 weeks worth at a time). I find them tasty and filling . To make it ideal would be to have half of the meals with a longer use by date than the first weeks as freezing them isn?t ideal or practical for me”

“The rump is amazing, Grass fed and finished, excellent. My disappointment was the Chicken Breasts as there was a couple of blood spots and some bits to cut out, but 80% less waste than if bought elsewhere. So only disappointed because Muscle Food state no blood spots. Excellent value and Quality, I will purchase again.”

“Arrived in a timely manner, however the hamper(s) deal I ordered claim to be able to make 66 meals (I believe) but I do not believe this to the case unless you eat very small portion sizes. I would still recommend muscle foods though as I have still enjoyed what I've eaten so far.”
