“Everything seems really nice so far, just 2 things that I was disappointed with: Only 11 chicken reacts when 12 is advertised. The dates in some things aren?t that long at all, maybe a day or two before they are out of date.”

“The quality of the meat supplied was excellent. However one item ordered was out of stock and I was supplied with burgers instead of hache steaks. The matter was quickly addressed by customer service. This is the first time the order has not been correct, hence 4 instead of 5 stars. Thank you.”

“The meat was great, it was packaged well, without much waste from our end, no polystyrene trays to place in our bins. I am not going to comment on price, what with the cost of living at the moment you are going to find prices up and down on meat all over the place. However, from a guy who has shopped around the prices were fine. My only problem is I can get the same deals just around the corner from where I live, where I don't have to wait for delievery. But I do have to deal with the polystyrene trays, and when I buy a lot of meat for a family of six these trays mount up. However, if I work out my food shopping in advance I would easily buy from here again.”

“The meat came and looked great, some in freezer, some in the fridge. I came to use the beef mince this morning and it is brown, with 3 days shelf life still on it.”

“Can't fault the quality of the meat and the price is brilliant. I have a family of 4 so some of the mince portions could do with being bigger. I mean your never getting that amount of meat at that price in any supermarket so value for money is excellent.”

“Good delivery time. Two of the Gel packs had burst or split leaving a mess inside the food bag. Fortunately as all the food items were sealed in plastic bags none of the food was contaminated.”

“Normally it would be a 5 star, but this time it?s going to be a generous 4star, only for the fact I waited just under a month for this delivery to come, had an email a few days after ordering to say there had been problems (with courier services) up north, still a flawless service, delivery from DPD is usually good? however he just left it on my doorstep took a picture and off he went? didn?t bother knocking, I had a notification from our ring doorbell (motion detected) that someone was there?. Didn?t knock but hey ho”

“The delivery was good. And able to get a refund quickly for item not in stock, however I dont get why when there is an limited supply left on an item it does it does not inform you so you can pick something else instead.”
