“No problem with the meat, the product would have had 5 stars but the box when it was delivered was completely crushed”

“Always enjoy ordering from musclefood this time one item was missing bit didn't get an email to reel me this until few days after my order was delivered. Apart from that all good. Sometimes tye crisps get crushed inside the box directory heavier items I suppose not much can be done about that but perhaps put fragile food like crisps inside a second box inside the main one? I've been a customer now for years and always excited when I make an order from here.”

“Arrived on time, sealed in plastic, arrived cold & fresh, only disappointment was the beef strips weren't strips at all but chunks & off cuts, so had to slice it up before freezing, also the chicken was quite large chunks which had to be cut also, would order from them again”

“I bought a few of the meal kits, some Chinese chicken-on-a-sticks and a ?10 snack box. Summary: would use the site again, but not for meal kits. Pros: delivery was easy, recipes were easy, the food tastes good. The snack box was good value, protein snacks can get pretty pricey so it was a pretty sweet deal. Cons: expensive for what you get (I think had I just bought those ingredients it would have been somewhere between 30-50% cheaper) and uses a lot of plastic. The chicken sticks had really short dates so I had to eat more than one per day to get through them which has ruined them for me a bit.”

“Chicken breasts great as always, rib eye steaks not so good - far too much inedible gristle. I don't mean the fat, I love the taste of the fat, it's why we buy rib eyes, but these were such poor cuts of meat, large parts were truly inedible. The chicken breasts were as great as ever though, large and tasty, not pumped full of water like many supermarket ones. Will probably just order chicken going forward.”

“Great delivery and fair price. Chicken breasts excellent size and flavour. Sausages, small more like chipolatta?s. Bacon extremely thinly sliced and gammons the same. Steak a bit tough and lacking in flavour. I know this review sounds mediocre, but for what I ordered, it was a lot of meat for little money.”

“Easy to use website with lots of food choices and packaged well. The chicken breasts, steaks, gammon, pork and bacon are well worth the money and the ready meals are lovely. I should have checked the quantity of mince though - it was quite small (my fault)! Now the taste test!”

“Well on most purchases I can honestly say I had been over the moon with all my orders but my last purchase was short off at least half the order and customer services wasn't initially the most helpful but after a few emails it finally was resolved in away I was left happy so not all bad”
